I know it's not easy being so responsive and available to customer requests or questions all the time, but he puts in the effort to do it, and it makes for a great customer experience. We went with Liberty Paint four years ago for our townhouse and reached out to them again for our current home. Their pricing remains fair, especially for the quality of their work and excellent customer experience. Roy, his head painter, again came in with his other painters to fix and touch up things that our Reno contractors missed. They stopped by more than once to honor some of the touch up requests we had, because they're that committed to keeping their customers happy and making sure they did an A+ job. They painted the inside of our entire house, the cabinets and shelves, and white washed our fireplace. They are also the only contractors we trusted enough to let back into our home after we had moved in, if that says anything. Aaron's painters are respectful of the home and they make sure to leave things better than how it was when they got there (literally). Roy is also great at suggesting other house improvements and performing random handy work! Overall, I'd recommend Liberty Paint without hesitation and will be referring them to friends in our new neighborhood!

The owner showed up Sunday without my permission and wouldn't not leave. He was ringing my doorbell non stop until I answered. He was asking me numerous times to remove the review. Oddly enough today, I am getting a bunch of random calls and texts about a home remodel. I suspect the owner is putting my phone number on several websites to spam me with calls and texts. I will be calling the police to discuss my options and contacting Yelp directly. The estimator never showed up and called me last second to reschedule. I drove from work to meet them and was a no show. My time is valuable too. I work Monday through Friday and have to take time off for estimates or projects.

They didn't rush the job and made sure everything was done right. On top of that, they offer a great selection of high-quality, beautiful quartz, quartzite and granite at their showroom. They told me they would send someone out to take measurements the following day, but never called me back to tell me when. That threw off our schedule, and I had to be the one to follow up with them the next morning asking if anyone was coming. They said they left early for the day, so they forget to follow up with me... We scheduled for the following day, and the guy that came out was over 30 minutes late, which made me run late for my work meeting. They advertise granite starting at $35/square foot with install and materials, which would have meant my countertops should have been around $3,150.00, but they ended up quoting me over $7,000.00! I told them I just needed something basic as we were planning on selling the house. I asked what happened with the drastic price difference, and they sent me pictures of the granite they had for $35/square foot, which were hideous and would clash with our island. I told them so, and they never responded with any alternative. Also, I'm not fond of doing everything by text if I'm spending $7,000.00. I guess I'll be using a different company.

Scott from AA Granite was available to me in phone conversations, and in texts. The first time we talked on the phone, and before I asked for an estimate, Scott answered a long list of questions I had. He helped me understand everything I had been puzzling over. And he continued to advise me after we had placed the deposit, and all the way through the project. The person who came by to measure went over the measurements twice with me and helped me understand my final choices for edging and backsplash. Whoever planned the layout from our slab, made a beautiful artistic choice -- centering some of the subtle vein work in the slab to fall between the two sinks. Guys doing the install-- terrific work. And the guys coming by to drop off some of our extra slab were great & easy to work with too. I definitely recommend using AA Granite!

Fred (owner) is a truthful and honorable man. He was always professional. Nearly all of his team is great. They are courteous, competent, and can be counted on. We had a few minor issues along the way and Fred and team solved them. With one glaring exception-shower glass. He used a subcontractor for this and they were awful. They randomly showed up unannounced and then didn't show when scheduled. When they did, they were more interested in saying how good and competent they were. Usually they were surly and talked more about their experience than doing the work. Well, they were here 4 times before they got it right! And the fourth time it took Fred working side by side them to solve the issues. Because of them, I can only give 4 starts.
