In fact, Kin recommended the home I eventually bought while I was on vacation in Europe. She sent me detailed videos and explained exactly how the house matched my preferences. I trusted her judgment enough to have friends see it for me and submitted an offer without ever seeing it in person. I'm now incredibly happy with the home--it's exactly what I was looking for.
