I was with my wife and mother. I must say I have all positive points for all arrangements. It was a well planned job, though I felt they needed more man power. But it was impressive to see the owner Mr Siddiqui pulling pilgrims luggage to the hotel. The traffic police stopped luggage carrier far from the clock tower entrance. So all bags were off loaded in other hotel reception. I was worried for my bag but saw him pulling it to my room. My room in Rotana was a pleasant surprise. This hotel in clock tower is very impressive. Daily dinner, we sat in its balcony overlooking Haram and Kaaba. We have taken 5 star package. Ours was based for QUAD occupancy. In Medina Hotel Al Haram was average. I stayed with 3 others and we made a company. My mother and wife were with 2 other ladies. The food was good but rooms were just standard. But Rotana hotel was wonderful. And we enjoyed our entire stay. 3 of us were given a room just for our family. My mother was very happy to be with me in Makkah hotel. All of us like Rotana buffet dinner. There was so much variety and so much to eat. This hotel is a real 5 star treat. Our Arafat day was most memorable. Our Imam was Dr Haqqani. He is a known scholar. He guided us for all Hajj Manasik and many of us thanked him before leaving. Thank you Evia Travel for making a real 5 star Hajj for us at a very good price. I will recommend them to all my friends and relative.

The moment I watched it, I started crying and it was a fabulous moment for me and a life turning one. People come here for every part of the world and it was fabulous to watch British, Americans, Chinese, Australians, Turkish, Indians, Germans, Arabs and others performing Hajj with me and with others. I think this is the only place where all people from different territories merge, because there's no other land where I have seen such a big ratio of population. Anyways! It was the arrival at the Jeddah Airport and my family and I were too new in Saudi Arabia as we had never been to that place and it was our first experience and we were really excited and dying to be near Kaaba. Although our travel agency from United States of Mr. Zamir was our first experience as well, and while applying we didn't go for verifications and all, we just sent them the inquiry as we were really short of time, but they did a good job to enrolled us in 2013's Hajj. They also gave us Hajj tips and guideness on how to perform Hajj, but still we had some doubts about how we gonna survive those 30-40 days in Mecca, Medina because we didn't know anything about this place, but the assistance we had from Mr. Zamir's staff was really co-operative one and they supported us very well and gave good directions from arrival to departure. After arrival at Jeddah, we travelled by a huge bus with lots of passengers along with and travelled with them straight to Makkah, and the transportation was good as well. Although we were very drowsy, but excited as well. After some hours we reached Makkah and went to our hotel near Makkah and it was like a good one as well, so we all were really happy that we have got a good accommodation here. After performing Hajj, we felt very relieved and blessed that among those people in this world, Allah has blessed us to perform Hajj and invited here near his home. Seriously, I can't even tell how amazing and how fabulous moment it was when I saw Kaaba in front of my eyes, similarly the Roza-E-Mubarak of Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W) oh my gosh it was really a fabulous moment as well. We prayed a lot and recited Quran and offered Salat of time as well. Alhamdulillah! All the arrangement were really good. Fabulous trip we had with them, but still some places you need to give more effort is the language issues, because some staff members had some issues of understanding English, so you need to work on this particular area. The rest of the things were absolutely good and nice. Thanks very much and Allah Bless you and you'll keep doing this great work, and soon Inshallah we'll perform more Hajj tours soon. Mr.Navaid Ahmed helped my family find the best prices for the airline tickets and also made planning the whole trip very easy and stress free! He gave us a very affordable package as well. We stayed at Pullman ZamZam hotel in Medinah which was a great hotel. They provided shuttle services to the women for daily prayers as the gate for the women was a little far. In addition, their agents in Saudi took us to several historical places that were included in the package. We stayed at hotel Marwa Rotana in Mekkah which was another exceptional hotel! With such little time, we sheepishly asked Mena if they could help. We worked with Angel who, from my point of view, worked miracles. He helped us plan a twelve day trip, Milan, Florence, and Chianti. Including hotel stays, a tour app (Viator, we loved this and used it for 5 different tours, all of which were incredible - walked to the top (the VERY top) of the Bruneschelli's Dome in Florence, a wonderful walking tour in Milan starting with the Last Supper and traipsing through Milan exploring the historical context in which it was painted. Our trip included a rental car, wonderful hotels, and tickets on the Frecciarosa. No private tours, or private restaurant/wine/cooking/art. Usually I would plan our trips but I was having some issues planning because of Covid restrictions & multiple locations. We noticed that Mena Travel had a small advertisement on the back of the church bulletin w/a contact on the ad. Jon/Juan was our go to for Mena Travel. While we didn't book our entire trip through Mena Travel Juan was able to help us w/a number of things that proved to be very helpful. We were going to Spain for 9 days & decided to split our time between Madrid & Barcelona. Jon mentioned that Iberia flew directly from Chicago to Madrid. We did book the airfare through Mena. One of the problems I have w/looking for hotels is not knowing the geography of the cities we're going to. Juan was very helpful w/offering us a number of locations in both Madrid & Barcelona leaving it up to us to pick our choice. Both locations ended up being centrally located in the downtown areas of Madrid & Barcelona. Since Juan lived in Barcelona for 2 years his knowledge of the city proved to be very helpful. He gave me a couple of suggestions for our 25th Anniversary dinner on 12/01/2021. The restaurant I selected based on his recommendation was an awesome place in The Gothic Section of Barcelona called Brugarol. (See my review)

Worst experience I ever had. I was a frequent clients to…read morethis travel agent since they offered me a flexible choice of flight option. However they kept my credit card information without my authorization and charged big amount of $$$$ something that I never purchased. Also no customer service skills regards to the any changing and refund due to the sick during traveling. I had to deal with the airline company directly and even they got refund for the fees back to their account, they refused to pay me back the refunded money . Never deal with this company, it's so unprofessional.
