However, I was going to Punta Cana and there are a LOT of resorts -- and I had no ability to determine which would be best for our group of 20. John put us into a resort that fit like a glove. No chance I would have known to pick this resort -- and John kind of knew everything about everything -- and made this vacation just perfect. The response on the second call was "I am working with a large booking and I do not have time to talk" This was from the "cruise expert" herself Sharon Ebner. I am very disturbed by the quality/lack of customer service. Never in my history of working in the hospitality industry have I ever talked, or been talked to in the manner Sharon spoke to me. I am happy to say I was about to book my requirements through another travel agency and I am thoroughly displeased by the attitude from this company. I am glad I found out the lack of customer service before booking anything, instead of this issue occurring after I had booked with Horizon Travel. This place will not be recommended by me to anyone.
