This company does not go by its word. I have spent three long and stressful months going back in forth with a travel agent. The customer service is horrendous; the office hours are very short, and even on their open hours, they do not pick up the phone. The travel agent I have spoken with was incredibly rude towards me. He was not concerned about the customer's wishes, and overall not professional. They promised to purchase a ticket package for my family, but the deal is way too good to be true. Once I finalized my purchase and sent them my credit card information, they stalled for a whole month to make the transaction.After numerous attempts at trying to pay for my tickets, the travel agent failed to complete the transaction by the deadline date and I lost the opportunity to buy them. After wasting months of precious time, ticket prices were way too expensive and it was too late for our family of six to buy tickets. Even after trying to work a solution out with the company, they deny that it's their fault and will not take responsibility for their actions. Basically, don t waste your time on this company. It may sound like a stellar deal for their ticket prices, but they won't actually complete the transaction. I repeat, do not do business with them. It will be a horrendous experience

Full service, travel office but I suspect most of their customers are those traveling to countries where other Indian families are, mainly India. I thought travel agencies would be relics now since booking international travel is on-line. There's still a market for it, those that don't want to deal with International companies and their silly travel sites and of course your parents. Take for instance Air India, you have to be a North Indian computer programmer to understand the logic to that website. I've priced out flights on their site a few times and gotten different results for different clicks. Much easier working with an agency (here) or worst case going to an Air India office. The other day we were under the gun and with a relative in the hospital needed tickets for relatives in a jiffy. The main man was helpful and on the phone with Air India to reserve some seats. With less than ninety minutes to spare, got'em packed and to the airport just in time. Thanks Royal Travel. Not something I would've liked to do on-line in this scenario. Since I bought my tickets through the travel agent, any changes on the ticket needs to work with the travel agent b4 the departure. This sucks but it was my fault. I gently asked the agent to should explain this kind of fees before the final ticketing for next time or to other customers but she just raised her voice and got into defensive mode which was unnecessary. She said they never tell the fee to the customer. I did not even ask for any discount or arguing. I told her that I was not arguing with her and no need to raise your voice. She became calm after. They need to work on their customer service. I had to write this review because of her attitude, not because of the fee I had to pay.
