I either get transferred 6-7 times, disconnected. Or told we migrated systems so "your account is just not showing up" I emailed customer support and received no reply. What a joke this company is…read more I will start by saying the delivery drivers are fantastic, great and helpful people. The administration, however, do not have the slightest clue on how to operate a business. When I 1st signed up for home delivery, I took the account number that they gave me and registered my online account. They had my address as a business in Quebec. Huh??? It took me close to a year to get that straightened out. Then, the empties were not taken away for 5 months. I called to make sure they would get picked up on the next delivery. They did pick up 10 empties but dropped 10 full bottles. I had to cancel delivery for 6 months. I also removed my payment information from my account as I could not afford to have the full amount taken all at once. I paid off the bill over 3 month. Once that was all settled up, I arranged for deliveries to resume. It went well for a month or two, deliveries were made, invoices sent and I paid them off. Then, one day, I received an invoice, I went and paid it as I usually do, but then they tried to take a payment and it was rejected. (Because I had removed my payment information a year ago.) I had already paid the bill but they locked my account and stopped deliveries. It took me 2 months to get this fixed. They had even sent me an invoice with a credit of $24.01 which I had to forward to their accounting department. I also sent them a screen-shot of my bank account showing the payment. I asked them if they needed any other information to be able to figure out their own accounting. Delivery of my water is SUPPOSED to happen in 3 days. Let's see what happens. I also just received a new invoice today, without the $24.01 credit and showing a zero balance. (Hmmm, ok, better than having to pay a bill that I already paid I guess.) I was told that the payment went to the wrong account so I went to my bank account to make sure I had the account number correct and wouldn't you know it, it WAS! It is a shame that I like the taste of this water so much because I would not hesitate to stop deliveries all together. In conclusion, I do NOT recommend Canadian Springs deliveries in the Kamloops area AT ALL. Save yourself the headaches and get it from Safeway.

The first time I contacted Okanagan Well and Pump was by text from Germany. It was crazy with the…read moretime change but somehow, Curtis made it out to our home to access the situation and offer up solutions to get water back up to the house. I was so happy to have someone trustworthy to contact when I was so far away. A year later one of my hydrants was defective underground and burnt out the pump after running steady for over a year. My husband had just passed away and Curtis and Kelly were quick to come out and help me get up and running again. Thanks to their direction, we located the leak and installed a new hydrant. They did mention that the well was running low and that I would need to drill in the near future. And this year... my waterlines froze because I missed insulating the pump house. After thawing them out and getting everything up and running I was unfortunate enough that my well had run dry. Curtis helped me line up Logan at Dan-Gare Drilling to drill a new well and made a plan to move my pump and pressure tank up to the house, so I don't have to keep dealing with frozen lines etc. Today everything was completed. I have more water than I have ever had before. The system is easy to maintain thanks to the expertise of Curtis and Kelly. Okanagan Well and Pump are professional, friendly, and efficient, and I appreciated the time Curtis took to explain what was happening and what needed to be done and my best option. Being on my own is a challenge. People like Curtis make it easier to deal with overwhelming things like this. If you want excellent service Curtis and Kelly at Okanagan Well and Pump are your guys.

I chose pick up, but delivery fees are not that expensive and you do not need to be home for it. For water you also can choose between various types of container including plastic, bpa free plastic and glass bottles. Service is always friendly and I've never waited behind more than one other customer at the retail location. They have some cool accessories as well, like an electronic water pump, which I have never seen before. Prices are super reasonable and when you return the bottles you get your deposit back. Free parking and finding a space nearby is never an issue.
