The guys went above and beyond helping tetris things into their truck, and the little bit that didn't fit they helped me load into my hatchback. The only slight downside is that they were half an hour late showing up because their the previous move took longer than expected. But honestly it wasn't a big deal, and they stayed longer than planned helping me as well. Just something to be aware of when scheduling -- leave some extra time on both ends. And they texted to let me know they were running late.

Availability was open and not a problem, I scheduled to move my 2 bedroom apartment on Friday from Sacramento to Granite Bay. I tried to make everything as easy as I could for the movers everything was in boxes and all boxes were labeled to which room they should go to at the new home. Movers around at the time frame given which was 9:30-10 AM. They showed up in a smaller box truck which I knew from the beginning wasn't going to fit everything. When I called to make this appointment I told them I had a 2 bedroom apartment with a bunk bed and a bed 2 dressers 3 vanities a sectional couch and 40 boxes then misc items. I showed them everything and told them I had to go to work if they needed me to please reach out. The movers were very communicative and would send me photos and updates or ask questions about what should go where, but it threw me off because when the move was finished and I arrived at my new home everything was in the living room. A few random boxes and other items were in the bedrooms but nothing was out where I asked. Not a big deal I'll handle it I'm just happy they moved everything for me. But here is when I started to get disappointed. Let's back up a little, I mentioned the truck would be to small and of course it was they mentioned they would have to go back to do a second trip I said ok no problem. When they went back for a second trip he grabbed a few items and left the rest and asked me If I could just go get it myself. I'm thinking ok maybe it's just a few items no problem I'm sure they're tired. No.... I went to the apt the next day and it took me 2 trips In my Escalade to get the rest of the things and I still have to go back to get one more box that didn't fit in my car. Then, now back at new house I'm putting everything away I'm missing a box from my kitchen with my blender and a whole bunch of others items it's 100% not in this house not at the old apt. We go to put up our tvs and every single tv is missing the screws that connect the tv to the wall mounts not the screws that go into the wall but the screws that mount the tv to the mounts, EVERY SINGLE ONE! Then my main living room tv remote is gone it was in the side table next to the couch and now it's gone and I have to buy a new one. I'm not terribly mad but it's just annoying, I know they work hard and it's not an easy job but I've never had to go back myself to get the "rest" or had things missing. Again I appreciate the movers and tipped them still but I probably won't be using them again. This move felt like more of a headache than a smooth transition like the past moves we've done. I tried to reach out to let them know and it just seems like they were more worried about stating they should have charged me more than trying to fix the problems. At the end of the day if they brought a bigger truck I feel like none of these problems would have happened.
