After a few unanswered calls to other companies, I reached these folks, and they were totally no-nonsense. They were available right away, and came to treat the house while we were at work. Their spray worked like a charm on the first try, killing the hornets around the house and repelling others from landing. When the warm weather arrived, so did the carpenter ants, and I called these guys again. I'm not sure if they're a family business, but sure it seems like it - the lady who answers the phone is sweet and helpful, and the exterminator was the same guy who had treated the hornet problem. They were available to treat the ant infestation right away, and even had a seasonal "service agreement" that covers pest control for the whole year for a set price (which, in both of my dealings with them, has come in exactly at, or under, what I was quoted on the phone).
