this company is absolutely terrible. Save your money and stay far away! Good salesman but that's it.

On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give them a NEGATIVE TEN. I hired them as exterminators and when they checked the attic, I was told that there were mouse droppings up there. They also told me that the insulation was old, so I agreed to let them put in new insulation. They did the work in July. After they left I noticed that, because no drop cloth was put down on the floor, my laminate floors were all stained. I complained to them and they said to send pictures of the floor. I did that. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called again and they said send the pictures again and they would make sure that the manager gets them. Three weeks after that I told them to cancel all my services with them. Then four days later, I get a message stating when my next service person would be out. I again told them that I cancelled all services with them. Now, ever since the end of August they keep telling me I owe them $300+, but haven't got a clue a to why. They had my credit card number, so they billed me for the services they performed. Thank goodness, my credit card was hacked and I got a new credit card number because now they are constantly emailing and calling me about the money they claim I owe them. They are lucky I didn't have the entire floor red-done and sent them the bill. I have blocked their phone number and any emails they send me. At this point I don't even want me in my house because I am afraid of what other damage they would do. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN ANY SORT OF BUSINESS. read more

This company uses SUPER aggressive tactics to sell their services at high prices. Their outside treatment drives pests INSIDE so that you will eventually need inside service. Stay away from these scam artists. Sales practices are deceptive, unethical and high-pressure. The services are grossly overpriced and they stated if cancelled I would "only" owe the discount. The cancellation amount was the same as the "discounted" cost of the first visit & their "quarterly" service requires you to pay for 5 treatments in the first year. They did not respond to my repeated request for a termite inspection so I quit asking & knew it was a bad sign. I am very disappointed with their service,they promised me 50% discount by Rose in September 2023and by Enrique in December 2023 but they overcharged me from $61 to $116.72 . When I called them Julie agreed that yes that was promised to you and transferred my call to solution person Chy and he said that was not offered because they don't want to refund me and they exceeded my contract too ,it was suppose to end in December 2023 now they are saying it will end in March and threaten to charge me more $300 for not taking the service,very rude and useless service Never go with their promotions they make you fool. read more

Their contract terms are ridiculous and they have the audacity to charge a hefty fee (more than a service fee) to cancel - even if the service doesn't work! 35 minute phone call to cancel and it still wasn't resolved. Ron refused to listen that I did not want to continue the service and offered me many lower rates, which only confirms that over my contract I was overcharged for the services performed on our property. After much back and forth he said he would send me a confirmation email to close my account, which never came. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Fiddled with my door handle, tormented my dog through the door aggravating him to the point that his barking set the glass break sensor off and police came to my home. Charged my mom's card more than triple what was agreed upon on top of what they did agree on. The sales person was pushy, but we had a problem with black ants so we signed up for the service. They came out multiple times, but never stopped the black ants. But kept charging us a fortune. After repeated complaints, a more senior person came out and I showed him the ants and he told me that they can't take care of those types of ants and never will. Supposedly buried in the contract somewhere is a disclaimer that they don't cover those ants. They charged me $300 to stop the service because I was in a 24 month contract. We bought ant spray from the store and stopped the ants ourselves. The service was costly and ineffective. What a waste of time and money! Loved this service. My grandmother has had this company for her house for around a year. They take care of any kind of bug you ask them about and they are always on time with their truck. I had Josh service my home on the outside, he did a great job, I used many other companies before eco shield including orkin, aptive, and more, and ecoshield provides 3 times the work. Although it is a tad bit more expensive, at least it actually works unlike the trashy corporate companies. A few weeks back someone from this company came to my house to solicit their services and I declined. A couple weeks after that I noticed an employee sitting in one of their trucks at a neighbors that is up the street from my house. I live at the end of a cul-de-sac with a private drive. For some reason this guy drove down my private drive and parked past my driveway and got out and walked into my property along the sidewalk that goes to my front door but just peaked his head around the corner at the door and then walked back to his truck and left. Very strange behavior. The worst part is he stole my son's basketball on his way back to the truck. Yup, he came on my property for no reason and stole a kids basketball all while driving a largely labeled Ecoshield truck. I called the company to report it and the customer service rep took the details and my information and said someone will be reaching out to me.
