EcoPark2 is my favorite airport parking so far because they are all covered parking, don't need reservations, are reasonably priced ($6/day tax included), and they offer parking rewards. The parking lot so far has not been overfull, but I'm sure reservations will be needed once the holidays begin to approach. The spaces fit large vehicles and small. And they have electric charging spots for vehicles that need to be plugged in. I enjoy their parking program. The website is not the easiest to navigate, but once you get set up with the card you can earn either free parking or airline miles. I chose airline miles because I am lucky enough to have my employer reimburse parking fees at airports. Otherwise it would definitely be worth earning free parking. Basically for every 5 days you park there, they give you 1 day free. If you choose the airlines rewards I believe it is 250 miles every 5 days (but all those terms and rewards are listed on their website). The shuttle service is pretty quick and the drivers have been friendly. Some help you with your bags and some don't. The pick up locations are at the shuttle parking at IAH baggage claim areas. This is also where they will drop you off so you have to go upstairs to ticketing when you go inside. Overall I find this place really convenient and a great place to park my car while I'm at work. I work for the airlines so it is a better deal than employee parking which has been an incredible hassle to get at IAH. read more

We were going to use The Parking Spot for our recent vacation, but Ecopark2 was significantly less, We had no wait for a shuttle once we parked. The driver helped with our bags, gave us a paper with our parking location on it and after picking up a few other people, were dropped off at our terminal. Upon our return, we followed signs to parking shuttles. We waited 5-7 minutes for an Ecopark2 shuttle to arrive. Our driver greeted us and took us to our car in short order. She also explained how to exit since it was our first time because the exit is not well marked. We will use Ecopark2 again. read more

Horrible. Takes forever to take off to the airport. I asked nicely if we can please take off because my flight will be taking off in an hour, but the response was no I got other customers to pick up. She looped around so many times and delayed us by 30 minutes and by the time to got to the check in counter we couldn't get through because we have less than an hour. I missed my flight and had to pay extra fees to change my entire car and hotel reservations. WORST, customer service I've ever experienced. Please do not ever ever do business with them. The manager asked me to email them to provide information but has NOT done anything since. He also says stuff like, "we're investigating the issue," and "send us an email," to make them look not as bad on yelp. They won't do anything. Wasted my time providing information. read more

Writing this review as I've been waiting over 25 minutes for the shuttle from terminal E despite being advertised as no longer than a 10-minute wait. Tried calling the phone number on the parking slip but got sent to voice mail twice. Billboard on the waiting area has been showing that the next shuttle is "0 minutes away" the whole time I've been here. Another passenger told me that they don't like to dispatch a shuttle until they see at least two people waiting at the terminal. Ecopark2 may be cheap but it's so so frustrating not to have any idea of when you'll get home. read more

Reserved in advance. On return, waited over 30 minutes for ride. Spent another 10 minutes riding around the lot because driver didn't know where to go. All passengers getting off 2 aisles from their car just to get away. Then locked me in because I got to the exit 4 minutes past my reserved time. Leaving this review for EcoPark 1 since they do not have their own page. I would NOT recommend parking here and will NEVER park here again. The lady who picked us up to take us to the airport stopped the bus for 10 minutes in the lot for no apparent reason and drove like a maniac once we got going. The highlight of the awful trip was our driver from the terminal to the lot. His name is Leroy and he was incredibly horrible. He yelled at passengers on the bus when they tried to give him their ticket. He yelled more at a family of 3 who tried to enter the bus saying that his bus was full although there were clearly 3 empty seats. Once driving, he cut off an SUV, almost causing an accident. He also never turned on the AC in June in Houston, TX. He is a rude human being who should never have been hired to do a job that services other people. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. This lot and their drivers are horrible. read more

Had a poor experience with this park and ride driver. The driver, Yolanda, was in a bad mood and was a bit rude to us. The four of us came on and gave her our ticket. I smiled and told her the four of us were together. She said "I know." She had a haughty and disinterested attitude towards us. Didn't offer to get our bags (didn't even stand to help my 86 yo grandma) as we left. Parking lot was fine and the price was decent. We paid $6 a day for covered parking. 2 Stars. Very Meh. This airport parking is a hidden gem. Unlike its counterpart (EcoPark "1"), covered parking isn't extra! And that's because the entire lot is covered. EcoPark 2 is about $2-$5 cheaper than the other parking lots off JFK at $5.50/day. Plus, it's actually closer to the IAH terminals. It's gated, well lit, secure, and I've always had great interactions with drivers. It can be hard to find. My suggestion is to drive through the terminals, exiting as if you're heading towards 59/69. You'll see EcoPark2 on the left as you're heading down Will Clayton. read more

I love EcoPark 2! ALL of the parking is covered, which is great. The price is so affordable, and the location is super close to the airport. Everyone who works here is friendly, happy (seemingly!) and so helpful. Not one time have we felt unwelcome or like we were a pain. Lots of smiles and guidance from the ground staff as well as the shuttle drivers. We even got on the wrong bus this morning because our United flight was leaving from a weird terminal, and the driver took us with no issues even though it wasn't her assigned terminal. They have a lot of shuttles and I've never waited more than a few minutes at the lot til we left for the terminal, and never waited more than a few minutes for a pick-up at the terminal. I tried to find a review site directly for them, but couldn't find, so I figured Yelp was next best thing. read more

I was attracted by the cheaper, covered parking compared to Ecopark(1). Coming from the Beltway, you have to go farther in to the airport compared to Ecopark(1), but this one is actually closer to all the terminals. I purchased my reservation online, scanned the code on my phone upon entry, and was directed where to park. The shuttle driver was friendly enough, and handed us a card to help us find our space when we returned. While waiting for the return shuttle, 3 Ecopark(1) shuttles came before Ecopark2 shuttle came; not sure if this is always the case, that Ecopark2 has less frequent shuttles. Exit was equally as easy: scan the same code on my phone to the exit machine and was on my way home! Overall, a very smooth, easy, and seamless experience. read more

I must admit I was hesitant to use Ecopark2 for the first time because some of the reviews were not so good but decided to give it a chance because I was on a budget and my brother told me he has used it with no problems. I was pleasantly surprised because I had an excellent experience! I could see they were well organized, as soon as I came into the parking I was directed to a parking spot and the shuttle was already there and ready to take me to the airport. no waiting whatsoever. I was given a piece is paper with the location of the parked parked. The driver insisted on taking care of a my luggage so all I did was to get a seat. The driver again helped me With my luggage when dropping me at my terminal. Upon my return, the shuttle drove in after 2 minutes of waiting! The driver again helped with my suitcase and even offered to put it in the trunk of my car to save me the effort. Paying was also easy. I followed the instructions, no problem using my coupon. This is the cheapest covered parking option close to Bush airport. It's also the closest off-airport option to Terminals C, D and E. After researching, it seemed like a no-brainer. The covered parking isn't like the JFK Parking Spot which to me is truly covered without being a full garage. It's more like a carport, similar to Pre-Flight on Greens Rd. I showed up on a Friday afternoon, and there were shuttles lined up to take passengers to the airport. An attendant directed me where to park, and from there the shuttle picked me up. The next stop: Terminal C. Pick-up was just as smooth. There was less than a 5 minute wait at 8:45 PM on a Sunday night at Terminal C. The shuttle went straight back to the lot, and I was dropped off right in front of my car. No complaints. I didn't see a cashier exit, though. No water bottles at the exits either, but I'll gladly take that trade-off. If you want your car more protected from the elements, I'd suggest Parking Spot on JFK. Otherwise, Ecopark2 is the best option close to United Terminal C. read more

Let me start by saying I travel every week for work. I use to love parking here but now drivers are rude and lazy. Use to help with bags, now they don't even get out of their seat. I have even been yelled at from the window asking what terminal. Teach your drivers some customer service!! I would rather pay more to get better service. read more

This parking location is perfect. It has been recently built so it feel very pleasing to the eye. Coming into it is easy, the staff is extremely nice. THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM. Shuttle buses take forever. If you are heading out, add an extra 30 minutes, if not more. If you are returning home make that a 30-40 minute wait. Only once have I waited 12 minutes. Unlike parking spot and the other ECO PARK location, the shuttles for Eco park two take forever. Don't even bother calling wither. They will say they are 2 minutes out. The only saving grace for this location is that it doesn't flood and all the prking is covered...for only 5.54+tax a day. read more

the catalytic converter was stolen off my truck these people do absolutely NOTHING to protect your vehicle and thieves know it. this goes for both Eco Park 1 and 2. when we went into the office to report the issue they had allot of stolen parts thieves couldn't haul off. read more

I parked in ecopark during hurricane Harvey weekend. I was really concerned about my car getting flooded during the hurricane at the airport but didn't want to pay 20$ per day for expensive parking at terminal. I researched on parking facilities and came to know that eco park was build in a way so that water will drain out regardless of amount of rain we get. Research was correct and my car was safe after 1 week when I returned. I wanted to personally acknowledge the wonderful driver named Danny. He was so nice, friendly and helpful. When we were leaving to the airport during the storm , he was telling nice things that bring your faith and not the fear with you. He was so right. Luckily he was the same driver who picked us up when we arrived. He told us that during Hurricane Harvey he and other drivers of eco park were living in the parking lot and making sure that car was safe not only from storm but burglaries and thieves. Danny helped putting our big luggage inside out of bus and inside our car as well. I would recommend eco park only for positive attitude and wonderful customer service from their employees such as Danny. read more

Came out tonight at 10pm and no shuttle. So I called at 10:03 for a shuttle to pick me up from Terminal E. The operator told me one was on the way. At 10:18 a bus from the other lot pulled up (#328). I asked him if he could call because I've been waiting 15 minutes. He told me "They do what they do" then got on his bus and left. I called back at 10:27 and the operator once again said a shuttle was on the way. I asked if she was sure this time because she said the same thing 24 minutes ago. She hung up on me. 10:34 the bus shows up (#265) and I get on and hand he lady my slip, telling her to let the operator know it's not cool to hang up on people. She shrugs at me. I then ask her to leave immediately because I've been waiting 31 minutes and there are no other customers (the airport was closed around 2pm so there were no more people) and she sighs and closes the door and calls on the radio to return. I use this lot very several times a week because it's so close. It's an actual 2 minutes ride to the airport so waiting 31 minutes for a bus (when the sign says they come every 10 minutes) is absurd. read more

Do NOT park here- you will miss your flight!!! These people are totally incompetent. The drivers are so slow, they wait forever for other people and then drive to like every possible terminal before yours stopping to see if anyone is there. They also take forever to pick up on the other end and the time estimate they provide is always wrong. I used to use this service but it has gotten progressively worse. After missing my flight because of them (took 35 min to get from ecopark to my terminal even though it's maybe 3 min away) I will NEVER use them again. read more

It's about 4:30 am, I am on bus 273 and the driver is angela. She's literally just letting people on the bus and putting their own bags in the carrier. Had to help an older couple get their bags on the bus because she was off talking to another driver. She let everyone get on the bus not even knowing what terminal they were going too. Another thing, she was just letting people get on, not even watching to see if the bus was getting full. Some people had to make room, and looking over their squished. It sucks. But anyways enough of the negative, I love using eco park, it's cheap and gets me to work quickly. read more

We arrived to pick up our car from a recent trip. While at the gate a gentleman took our ticket and placed it in the ticketing machine so that we could pay. The machine "ate" our ticket and he asked us to move to another machine. We had to back up to do this, which is unsafe. Then at the second machine, he read our license plate number and the system couldn't find our car. Another employee came our to help. We asked if we could pay the daily rate and gave the date and time we arrived. She went into the office and I overheard another employee say, "let them wait then" through the speaker on the machine. The employee that went inside came back out and said she called the manager to help retrieve the ticket and asked us to go back to the original lane with the ticket to pay there. I told her it is unsafe for us to back up in an area cars are rounding the corner. The manager arrived, got our info, went into the office 2 times to get someone to help open the ticket machine. He brought the ticket to us to pay. It took 15 minutes with not even a nominal discount, because the manager, Johnnie Scott does not have access. I let him know the comment of his staff member and the inconvenience of waiting. We live almost an hour from the airport. Needless to say, we will NOT be back. Very poor service recovery. I would rate a zero if I could. read more
