I had a wonderful experience this morning 5 star all the way! From the moment I parked my car and was handing my parking slip from an attendant , next I met Ms Theresa what a beautiful soul. I realizes I had left my phone in car when I arrived at the airport and had already exited the shuttle. The Shuttle was back quickly to take me back to my car. Damn, I am not sure why Eco Park 2 has such a low rating. I have parked here numerous times before flights at IAH. The shuttles are numerous, and after landing, I have never waited for more than 15-20 minutes for a shuttle to take me back to my car. The upgraded parking system (where your license plate prompts your name without having to scan your barcode) is a really amazing perk that makes it easy. They always have large signs to point you in the direction to park. All the spots are covered here too. The prices are super competitive if you make your reservation in advance. Disabled Veteran Complimentary Parking Issue: Around 830p on Veterans Day(2025) I was going to redeem my disabled veteran parking when to attendants reviewed my eligibility and everything checked out but the fact that the car was owned by my wife. Mind you that I am a frequent traveler and I have redeem my parking multiple times at Eco 1 and Eco 2 and these attendant somehow tried to make a case saying that my wife who is the owner of the car and not a veteran had to be in the vehicle for me to redeem the comp parking. I am the veteran and was allowed to put my disabled license plates on my wife's vehicle by the DMV. There is nothing to say that the owner has to be in the vehicle, but my wife had to drive an hour to settle this matter that is not in the eligibility rules. The supervisor for that night I feel needs to be either retrained or fired for this horrendous situation. I've had nothing but good experiences using Ecopark2. I don't know if it has to do with the fact that I usually do non peak hour flights but we don't usually have to wait long for the shuttles to the airport. Coming back to the airport can be a bit of a wait but not long enough to be an issue. I'm tempted to use other parking services a bit closer but for the price the service has not disappointed. read more

Perfectly fine parking option for IAH. I like that this instance of Ecopark has all covered parking; it is a lot smaller than Ecopark 1, but I have not had issues getting a spot. Ecopark2 - Parking Near Me - Houston, Texas

I have been parking at ecopark2 for several years without issue...until this weekend. As I always do, I made a reservation for the weekend and prepaid online. I received the confirmation email without issue and arrived as scheduled to the lot on Saturday morning. At this time, unlike several recent trips during which the gate opened automatically, I had to scan my QR code - which was read as "Invalid Voucher". The attendant instructed me to pull a ticket and to scan my QR code on the way out. Tonight, when I landed, I attempted to scan the voucher again and again, I was shown "Invalid Voucher". The attendants (Grace and Win, who said they both typically work at Ecopark JFK) instructed me to pull into the "Need Help" lane and to press the call button. Upon calling for help, I was connected with a clearly outsourced call center on a very poor reception line. The first employee collected my ticket number, name, license plate, etc...and promptly disconnected the call. The second employee did much the same, with further awful reception. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was informed that my prepaid voucher was invalid, as it was for March 9 (the last time I parked at ecopark2) instead of March 30 (tonight) and that I owed a significant balance since my car had been "parked" there for three weeks. The in-person employees confirmed that my email correctly read 3/29-3/30, but the call center employee argued with them. We were put on hold for another 20 minutes as they "investigated". After 30 minutes of no help whatsoever from the call center, the very nice ecopark employees attempted to manually let me out. They could not find the actual button to open the gate, so they called the ecopark2 director, who instructed them to have me call for help at the kiosk - the same process that got us nowhere for 30 minutes. Instead, I paid the $20 ticket (after already having prepaid) to avoid the hassle. I will be charging back my card. I will not be back to ecopark2. Very frustrating that the City of Houston has outsourced to a foreign call center instead of allowing their on the ground employees to do the right thing when I had clear evidence of pre-payment. read more

Terrible customer service, they don't care about their customers. Their only benefit is that they are close to the airport, all their spots are covered, and they are cheap. My last experience was the worst ever with a parking company. I walked out of the airport to the shuttle area at 12:23, there were a couple of other people there so I thought the shuttle should be coming along shortly. Waited 18 mins and no shuttle. Pulled out my parking slip to call these guys up and noticed that it said shuttles come every 10 mins. After calling they stated shuttle was a route. 25 mins later the bus arrived, at this point there were about 20 people waiting. We all boarded the bus and several people had to stand as all the seats were taken. At the lot, the driver drove by my car a couple of times, I noticed that he had dropped a slip on the ground next to him. But he ignored it as he kept unloading other passengers. At the end, there were 3 of us and he had 1 slip in hand. Told him there was a sip on the ground next to him, picked it up and saw that it was my slip. Long story short.... It took over 40 mins from when I exited the airport to when I was dropped off at my car. Called up the office to complain, and they started pushing excuses like there is a lot of traffic at the airport, etc. the lot is less than 5 mins from the airport, there was little traffic. This used to be the best place to park. Now Been waiting here 30 min without a bus I'm sight. I tried calling the number they gave me twice and no one picked up. The paper says a bus every 10 min and clearly that is a lie. The least they could do is answer the phone. Not sure what I'm going to do. Used Ecopark2 for the week of 8/21, as soon as I pulled up someone was there for check in, where we parked two buses were already there. One of the bus drivers asked for our terminal and guided us to the bus that will take us there. Everything went smooth and well with no wait time. When we came back to Houston, it was a bit confusing on how to get the bus shuttle so I asked for guidance. Once there it was a bit confusing as well on which post Ecopark will stop by. Thankful it was pulling us as soon as we started walking to the third post. I would use their services again. read more

My parking experience was wonderful here. If flying out of IAH, I highly recommend this parking spot. They shuttle you form the parking lot, and offer you the parking number so that it's easier to find your car when you return. And the covered parking protects form the sun and elements. This is your typical park-and-ride establishment. One thing that I like about this particular location, is truly the location! It is a convenient spot that is newly-opened right by Terminal E. The place calls for less than $6 a day for parking, and many of those spots have a canopy above them. When you're ready to be picked up, give him a call and they will send somebody out right away. The buses are new, hence a really clean and quiet ride experience. You can partial rates for the days you only spend part time parked. If you have the misfortune of losing your ticket, you will get charge the entire daily rate. All in all, you get what you pay for with an added bonus of a convenient location closer to IAH. read more

What a damn joke this place is, they have you drive down long aisles. And you have to fit by their shuttles to get to narrow parking spots. If you see one row over open spots they run after you and yell at you. I had to take a different shuttle to the airport (not that you would expect that to be a priority) I got to speak to a supervisor.....he wanted to know what my complaint was, I told him I wanted a rose to the airport terminal. It is supposed to run every 10 minutes. 25 min wait is unacceptable when you see other buses that are next door to Ecopark 2 coming several times before you even get one. True rating negative -5 MUST READ!!! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER PARK AT ECOPARK2!! I recently parked at eco park 2 and I needed to go to terminal C, along with other passengers. The bus driver stopped at several other terminals before we got to the C terminal. The driver Omar was completely incompetent and extremely rude. Not once, but twice he loaded the bus up with two different families and their luggage, and then realized there were NOT enough seats. The families had to get off the bus with their luggage. I can see maybe letting this happen once, but TWICE!!! Awful experience and the driver Omar was beyond rude!!! Myself and others spent over 30 minutes to get to the C terminal!!! Will definitely be taking the parking spot or fast park next time as I have seen their shuttle drive through 3 times before Ecopark2 has come along once. I literally watched Ecopark2 drive right by the shuttle entrance so I called dispatch and she said "I checked the cameras and didn't see you." Ummmm been here in the designated spot for 30 minutes so I know you didn't even look. Not worth the extra couple of dollars you save. Not to mention how tiny the parking spots were to where I had to suck in to get out of car with the pole there - and I am a thin person. My parents could have never squeezed out of there. Ecopark2 - Parking Near Me - Houston, Texas

EcoPark2 is my favorite airport parking so far because they are all covered parking, don't need reservations, are reasonably priced ($6/day tax included), and they offer parking rewards. The parking lot so far has not been overfull, but I'm sure reservations will be needed once the holidays begin to approach. The spaces fit large vehicles and small. And they have electric charging spots for vehicles that need to be plugged in. I enjoy their parking program. The website is not the easiest to navigate, but once you get set up with the card you can earn either free parking or airline miles. I chose airline miles because I am lucky enough to have my employer reimburse parking fees at airports. Otherwise it would definitely be worth earning free parking. Basically for every 5 days you park there, they give you 1 day free. If you choose the airlines rewards I believe it is 250 miles every 5 days (but all those terms and rewards are listed on their website). The shuttle service is pretty quick and the drivers have been friendly. Some help you with your bags and some don't. The pick up locations are at the shuttle parking at IAH baggage claim areas. This is also where they will drop you off so you have to go upstairs to ticketing when you go inside. Overall I find this place really convenient and a great place to park my car while I'm at work. I work for the airlines so it is a better deal than employee parking which has been an incredible hassle to get at IAH. read more
