I've been using this lot for a few years now and every time I swear I'll never do it again. The only reason I continue to subject myself to it is because it's relatively cheap and it's one of the closer lots to the airport. You get what you pay for, right? It wasn't always like that though as I recall. On rare occasions you can get a nice, quick trip from lot to airport. But for the most part, you'll get to the bus and just wait for what feels like forever while other people slowly make their way in. Then the driver has to hand out all the slips (which everyone always freaking loses for the return), and THEN you move out. In an industry built on punctuality and set schedules you would hope your transport would give some semblance of speed and efficiency; not always with Eco Park. The return is always the worst part. You get your baggage, you find the bus, and once you board then the fun begins. They seem to sit there for an eternity until virtually every seat is filled. You just got off a plane after traveling all day, you just want to get to your car and go home, but don't think for a second that these guys will get you there quickly. People get on the bus and then go through the whole routine of trying to find their parking slip and then realizing they've lost it and now they have to describe where they parked to the driver. Once you actually get to the lot again, I would swear it always seems like they go as far away from my car as possible and drop me off last so that I have to sit there for 30 minutes before I get to go home. Eco Park is slow, inefficient, and often times very frustrating. They need an app to save parking locations and your info because a paper slip doesn't cut it when you have so many other things to keep track of for your time away, and it's unlikely someone loses their phone as opposed to that tiny slip. It's cheap (for now - prices have gone up recently it seems), so you get 2 stars for that. Time to rethink your service model guys. read more

Worse parking lot ever. You leave your vehicle and it gets stolen off the lot even thou you have your parking ticket in hand and nothing is done to help the person that left there vehicle thinking it was safe from at least leaving the lot. read more

This is the second time I have parked there...minimal bus service, must circle around to every terminal even though their signs indicate you park in one place for each specific terminal. They are super slow both coming and going. If you are in a rush to make your flight, don't park here. They will sit in the lot until the bus is full before pulling off. Also the buses are old and the ride is uncomfortable. Coming back is even worse. That "bus every 10 minutes" lie is a lie. It's so frustrating after a flight to sit and wait on a bus that never comes. You see multiple buses from other parking locations come before even one ecopark bus arrive. I'm not even going to get started on those inefficient parking slips. So finally you're on the bus, it will take you AT LEAST another 30 minutes to get to your car. I spent more time waiting on a bus and waiting to get dropped off to my car than my 50 minute plane ride. I am not exaggerating. It's ridiculous. I have used ecopark at least 10 times already and I have always had a great experience. The drivers are really friendly and helpful. Be sure to set aside about 15 mins (give or take) to park and get to your terminal, sometimes if you're the only one on the bus they wait for more passengers and it can be frustrating if you're running late. So far I have had no problems and they have the cheapest rate that I have found around 6 dollars/day uncovered parking. Also you can get a 20% coupon from their website and save more. read more

We've parked here for the past couple years when we take trips. It's convenient and decent priced. But the past few times have caused us to now reconsider where we park. Shuttles are too few and too far between when being picked up from the airport. Definitely the longest wait times of all the shuttles we see coming and going. Also the card readers suck. We've had to change lanes 2-3 times the past 2 times we parked there just to pay so we can leave. After long flights and waiting FOREVER for a shuttle, it's beyond aggravating not to be able to pay and head home. They need to revamp and catch up to everyone else, they've lost our business. read more

Parking Cents has become my "go-to" parking lot when I'm flying out of IAH. Parking is only $6 per day for an uncovered spot. They also have covered spots, but I'm happy with my uncovered spot. They pick you up right at your car and drop you off. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be picked up whether I'm leaving or coming home. The only thing is make sure you follow the signs to park...DO NOT park at the first available spot! FOLLOW THE SIGNS! The signs will take you to the area where the bus is picking up so you won't be stuck waiting for days! Again, I can't imagine parking anywere else! No complaints here! read more

I believe this is the most reasonably priced parking lot for the airport. It is also HUGE so it doesn't fill up like some other lots at peak times during the year. They have also added covered parking if you need to protect your baby. I really like how easy it is to get to. I always take 59 north, hop on the beltway and exit at the JFK exit (you do not go through any tolls to do this), turn right on JFK then follow the signs to the piggy bank lot as I like to call it but now it has changed its name to Ecopark which is not as cute. When you get in make sure to follow the signs to the area to park because that is the only spot the shuttle is picking up at. The nice thing is they normally have shuttles waiting in that area for you. I have only had issues getting a shuttle once out of at least 10 times. When you come home they also have shuttles running all the time to pick you up. You then give them the piece of paper with your parking area and they take you right there so you don't have to walk 2 miles with all your luggage. I always park here when I fly out of "Intergalactic" as my dad like to call it. read more

We used this lot for last 4 years and the service has gone down from great to fair to outright unacceptable. They have grown too big too fast and could not sustain the same service level. Consistently it takes over 45min to get to or from the lot. In our last 3 trips this was slower than airport security or customs. We were about to miss our flight because the bus won't leave the lot without filling it up. You get the picture. That's it ecopark, we will move on. read more

This lot is cheap and conveniently located, very close to the IAH airport, although I guess it should be since I understand it's affiliated with the airport somehow. We fly relatively often, always with my fully certified, genuine service dog, and we have parked at EcoPark recently. Sometimes, we have no problems and the driver is great (the woman who drove us back from our last trip). In that instance, the shuttle was completely filled, so an EcoPark employee stepped onto the bus and asked if all the other passengers were ok with a dog. No one had an issue (I would totally understand allergies!) and we boarded, no problem. That being said, what we have gone through three times now with other drivers is inexcusable. Cheap and convenient is not worth humiliation and second-class treatment. Obviously the driver we've had the most trouble with (we have unfortunately encountered him twice) either does not know service animal laws or assumes we won't. Among the lines he gave us as to why our impeccably behaving, clearly marked service dog couldn't use the shuttle: the police fine him (it changed from $200 to $500), he gets in trouble, service dogs have to be crated (can you imagine a seeing eye dog in a crate?). I asked him if he was allergic and he just glared at me. My fiance asked to speak with a manager. The first time, he didn't have one. The second time, the managers were all sleeping - something we found to be untrue once we got to the terminal. It wasn't even our terminal, but we were so upset that we got off and walked through the airport instead of dealing with this hostile man screaming at us. I would hope that EcoPark is more service animal friendly in the future, but I'm not sure I'll give them any more chances. read more

Just some quick background: Departure: Late February 2016. Flight was 730am on a Saturday, but arrived at the lot around 430am. Easy entry (reserved non covered online) and tons of spots. After parking, walked to the shuttle (maybe 20 yards away) and waited about 5 minutes for more people to board. I had no luggage, just a backpack. Got to the terminal in about 10 minutes. 5 out of 5, zero complaints. Arrival: Early March 2016, Friday night, 630pm. Walked to the shuttle area and waited 5-10 minutes for the shuttle. Short transit time back to the lot. They started dropping people off (seems like covered parking folks had priority) but it looks like I should have given them the location of my car, which I did not know. Luckily, I remembered the general area and just told them to stop. 3 out of 5 because they didn't explain the arrival process when I departed. Averaging it out, 4 out of 5. Very convenient and will most likely use again. read more

Arrived and parked in the area that the traffic controller told me to. I saw a bus and immediately went over to that bus. The bus driver said to go back to my car and someone will come pick us up at the car. So I did just that. Four buses passed by me. No one came to pick me up. At this point 20 min+ had passed. I begin calling the number I found on Google. The dispatcher picked up. It was obvious that it was her fault. She told someone to put our section as full and that's why none of the buses picked us up. Her name is Grace. So I called the supervisor to air out my frustration bc I almost missed my flight. No one picked up. Personally, if I fly out of IAH again, I'll give the parking spot a try. Eco park does not operate smoothly and I will not risk missing a flight again knowing this. read more

I rarely use Eco Park because the one time I did use them (at least two years ago), I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a pick up from the designated area at the airport so I could get back to my car. I even called. Still waited. I decided to pit all that behind me when I was "shopping around" for a cheap parking reservation for Christmas a few weeks back. Eco Park was the cheapest option, so I decided to give them another chance. Check-in and passenger pick-up for the shuttle to the airport was pretty seamless for the day before Christmas Eve. The driver was nice and friendly. Four hours and three flight delays later, United finally just cancelled my flight. I was able to book a for the next day, but when I went to the Eco Park website to change my reservation/create a new one, I realized they were booked solid with reservations for the holiday. So, when leaving the lot the day of my cancelled flight, I asked to speak to the manager. He explained to me how to still access the lot and get a spot by utilizing my reservation. I told him how worried I was that I wouldn't have a spot because of the holiday and he was completely understood and was helpful to make me understand that I did still have a spot. His one-on-one explanation and help really meant a lot to me after having a stressful evening at the airport. I'm hoping the pick-up and shuttle back to my car at the conclusion of my trip won't be too bad, but everything else has been very pleasant so far! read more

You get what you pay for... Strike 1) no one (or signs) directing you to where they want you to park. I pull into a spot up near the entrance to be told by a rude attendant that I couldn't park there, but I needed to proceed further back. Okay I could easily say that is the way they want things done, but some signs throughout would be helpful. Strike 2) I approached 2 shuttles from the back, I went to the front because well everywhere else unless the shuttle is marked clearly you go to the first shuttle. Nope, apparently the shuttles are marked with corrugated cardboard signs in the front of the shuttles. Get it together with the signage and be more professional. Strike 3) I am headed out of town on business for 10 days my suitcase is over 40lbs. I managed to get it out of the bed of my truck so I'm not exactly dainty, but do these people know what customer service is? I had to load it on and off the terminal shuttle while the driver just sat there. He did it to three other passengers. I am dreading the trip home after reading previous reviews. It used to be a pretty nice lot, new name, possibly new owners and management? Either way this experience has been wakeful for a parking lot. read more

Arrival transitions sucked! Our driver was to lazy to help us with our luggage's and got mad because we were not fast. After having a midnight flight and only sleeping for 3 hours this is the last thing someone would want to experience. I have used this service twice in the last 2 years and have not had any problems. Every time we arrive to the lot there has been a shuttle ready to pick us up. Same for when we are returning. Nothing has happened to our cars while we were away. I would recommend them. read more

Terrible service Over multiple occasions. Driver accidentally removed my bag off the shuttle at departures when I was on my way to the eco lot. She aced annoyed when I noticed my bag was missing and got off the shuttle to retrieve it. 3 other people and I waited 15 minutes to be picked up from the lot to the terminal. Card reader for covered parking has been broken fir several months backing up the lines into the parking lot. read more

The shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous, the shuttles were clean, and the wait times were short. I had my discount coupon ready when I drove up to the exit/pay station, but the attendant told me it did not apply to credit card transactions. He claimed it said so on the website. Well, IT DOES NOT SAY SO ON THE COUPON PAGE. He cheated me out of $12. I think he just was in a hurry and didn't want to bother with it. I will go somewhere else in future. read more

Literally the last time I park here. Right now I am waiting at the pickup at terminal C watching all the other parking location busses come and go, come and go. It's been 15 minutes and this is 10 out of 10 times this has happened, it's just a question of how many more minutes will go by. How many times do I have to call dispatch to tell them to send a goddamn bus and do their job. To boot this bus driver is a d*%#. I could be driving home by now, I could be napping by now, hell even working right now. Anything would be better than EcoPark. read more

Need more shuttle drivers. Have been using for years and all was well. Last trip had to wait over 15 min for shuttle to drive us to airport. Returning waited 15 minutes for shuttle to pick us up from terminal E. Why? Never waited more than 5 minutes to go to airport .... terrible shortage of shuttle drivers. Nothing is better than being herded through TSA then getting off a long flight and waiting +30mins for a shuttle after watching multiple competitor shuttles pass by. Not to mention there wasn't enough space for everyone in line. Try going another route. To make things better you drive around and drop people off based on how you are loaded onto the bus. I have used Eco Park twice. The first time I was younger and I don't remember much of it, and this time was wonderful with the exception of one bus driver. I am going to try to cut this story short. I am 18 years old flying for the first time alone. I printed my tickets online and I flew with United Airlines. My tickets DO NOT tell me which terminal I am supposed to be at. I board a bus and an older man asks me who I'm flying with, I say "united airlines" he says which terminal? I say "I'm not sure, it doesn't say" at this point he is becoming impatient with me and raises his voice asking "well where are you going then?" I thought he meant where am I going inside the airport so I tell him "I'm not sure, that's why I am asking you for help" he apparently meant to ask me where I was flying to. He then proceeds to yell at me in front of everyone "WHERE ARE YOU FLYING TO? YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU'RE GOING???" I say "yes sir, I'm going to Missouri." he then directs me to go to the next bus. So I go to the next bus and the woman informs me that her bus is full. These are the only two busses left in the lot. So I walk back to the rude old man's bus and ask him "what do I do now? Her bus is full." he looks at me straight in the eye, and then slams the door in my face and pulls off. I'm left standing in the parking lot, baggage in hand, with no idea what to do. Luckily the next two bus drivers that pulled up were EXTREMELY friendly and helped me get where I needed to be. It was fast and efficient that's why I gave them 4 stars. The old man was so extremely rude I wish I had his name to give y'all. Overall my experience was great except for the old man bus driver. read more

I travel around 3 or 4 times a year and usually park at Park N Fly but since this trip was going to be over 3 weeks I thought I would try find something a little more economical as Park N Fly is now $6.50 a day for uncovered. I decided to try ecopark since it was only $4.95 a day which would save me over $30. When you pull in and take your ticket you will notice guys with orange flags waving you where to go. I tried to follow the flags but apparently didn't understand the system because they had to yell to get my attention after I went the wrong way. I finally got back on track and found a spot. Unlike Park N Fly where the bus finds you and pulls right up to where you are parking, you have to look for where the bus is parked and drag all your luggage to the bus. Also to note is that airport employees also use this lot and there was a TSA worker who was late for his shift and asked the driver to try and hurry which he did. I don't know if it was the bad suspension on the bus or the way the driver was driving it but it was one of the bumpiest scariest bus rides I have ever been on. The driver wasn't going over the speed limit but he was accelerating quickly and breaking and changing lanes very abruptly. The important thing I guess is that I made it to the terminal on time. I'll update this review with my experience getting back to my car once the trip is over but for now I'm leaving it at 2 stars because of the driving and the inconvenience of the whole parking and getting on the bus. read more

No complaints on my most recent use of Eco Park. It used to be Parking Cents. Before that, just the City Economy Lot. I have always just called it "El Cheapo". At $5 a day as of September 2013, still the least expensive at IAH. Most recent experience: After pulling in to catch my departing flight, I was directed to the aisle where I should park and found an open spot quickly. Pull up the parking brake. Get my bags. Lock the doors. I was on a shuttle heading to the airport in just about 8 minutes after I parked. They did have a couple of shuttles going to different terminals, so it is important to check with the driver as you get on, but they knew which airlines fly out of which terminals. Nowadays, I don't need a paper slip reminding me where I parked when I get back. I can just save a note to my phone. But it's a nice courtesy to those who prefer having it written down. It may add a few minutes to the process, but it's not a big deal. The drivers I have dealt with here are nice and friendly. Returning to Houston, I waited just under 5 minutes for Eco Park to come pick me up. A smooth ride back and drop off and I was heading back home. Prior experience: Note that there was a prior trip I took where I was already late for an early morning flight and the shuttle took forever to pick me up and drop me off at the airport. Highly frustrating, though I blame myself too for not building in buffer time for parking. If you get there during peak travel periods, you will get to the airport quickly. They staff well for those times and the shuttles fill up and can leave quickly. If you go there when it is slow, that is when there are fewer shuttles roaming around and they try to wait for other passengers to jump aboard so they are not taking just you to the airport. That can suck if you are running late. Overall: I will continue to use Eco Park or "El Cheapo" for IAH. If I have a 6 am or 11 pm domestic, I'm just gonna budget a little more time and try to get to parking an hour and a half before. read more

When returning to IAH, you'll regularly see 3 or more shuttles from virtually every other company (PreFlight, Parking Spot, Park 'N Fly, etc.) swing by before a single EcoPark shuttle arrives. As a result, wait times regularly approach 30 minutes. The only redeeming quality of EcoPark is the price. If you value money over time, this is the right place for you. EDIT - In regards to the frequent renter program, note you cannot use free days for covered parking because, as I was told, they do not have enough covered spots to be able to offer them for free. Also, the free days you earn only cover a single day. For example, if you park from 5pm on Monday to 9am on Tuesday, you need to use 2 free days (one for Monday and one for Tuesday) even though you only parked for 16 hours. read more

How is it possible to be so completely incompetent? Arrived on a Thursday night and proceeded to wait 40 mins with a large group of people all waiting on EcoPark. Several other parking services arrived multiple times while our EcoPark group grew larger and larger. Park somewhere else until this company figures out a better system and hires more competent people. read more

The shuttle took 45 minutes to get us from the lot to the terminal... As a former travel industry professional & very experienced traveler I've NEVER had to factor an hour just for shuttle transport times anywhere in the world. After parking shuttle bus never came even though people were waiting everywhere so we all tried to leave. No one working the exit gates & their automated credit card system was down leaving people trapped inside their lot. Turned around & parked again when 2 different buses stopped to say we had to wait for the right bus that went to our terminal since they did not. When that bus finally came they waited 7 to 10 minutes to leave then made other stops at the airport to pick up people leaving the airport & airline employees. Made it the gate with 10 minutes to spare... denied boarding. read more

I've been using EcoPark 7 years now and love it. It's so cheap and easy. I don't have to worry about coupons, I don't have to worry about there being space, etc. I just show up, insert my EcoPark parking pass and off I go. For business, I use the covered parking places and it's great because when I'm headed home from the airport, I'm one of the first dropped off. I never have had to wait more than 3-5 minutes for a bus to show up at baggage claim, so that's been a plus as well. The drivers and bus themselves are average, but I'm only on them for 5-8 minutes, so not a big deal for me. Will continue to use them. I have had problems with the credit card reader using a normal CC in the past, but never with the parking pass provided by EcoPark. Excited to plan a trip and have free parking at the airport. read more

Zero stars - it never fails when trying to leave the ticket booths are not working properly. Be prepared to wait to leave.

Abysmal 50 people in line at terminal c and they send one bus. 30 minutes later we are finally boarding the third bus and getting on our way. Don't use ecopark unless you are totally desperate and have half of the day available to waste getting back to your car. read more
