DO NOT USE ECOPARK. Your catalytic converter is severely at risk. Security told me that when mine was stolen 3 others were stolen that week. KHOU news has an article from 2022 about the problem. Meaning that they have known this is a problem for nearly 4 years at this time. People know that these cars are unprotected and the parking lot will claim they are not liable. Do not give them your business until they fix the problem! Edit: After emailing ecopark for a refund after $3000-$6000 of damage was done to my vehicle they have declined refunding my $74 to park at their unsecured lot.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! After a long trip home, you get to wait in this!! No other lines for the other companies. Welcome home!

Damage to bed cover.

I parked my truck there from Mon -Fri. When I returned to get it, someone had ripped my steel tonneau cover back, and stole my taillights. How could this happen with security patrolling the site? Maybe security was involved. Eco Park states that they have no liability.

Although I see lots of bad reviews, my family and I had a great experience. When we got there, we followed the signs. It was a bit confusing, not going to lie, but not that much. We parked and didn't have to wait for the bus and they were already there, so it was super fast. When we came back, we didn't have to wait that much. I would say about 10 to 15 minutes. We gave them the ticket they had given us on the first day, and they took us to the front of our car. It was fast, kind of easy, and cheap.

On my way to Cancun. I got up at 3 so no smile. Anyways telling women to smile is so declassé.

I love taking my car to Eco park because I love driving my car home (sorry Uber). Actually, Uber is so expensive! That being said, Eco Park is friendly and will actually tell travelers who are using different transportation services. Pretty cool. One thing about is all staff for Ecopark is they are so delightful and happy! That makes me feel so comfortable and at ease . When you enter the bus you tell them you number and give your car number and they use it for you to you when get back you're not walking around like a zombie trying to find your car behind it would take a long time you until. I think the other service . Lovely service. That my bus service and I'm gonna stick beside it }:)

Inexpensive parking, $6 a day for uncovered parking. Quick and easy access to the airport after you park your vehicle.

Waited for 40 minutes with buses and finally took an Uber to the gate and had to walk a long way to our car.

Ask the Community - ecopark

If you pre-book a parking spot to fly December 24 over the Christmas holidays are you guaranteed a parking stall or can you oversell and when I drive out there I won't get a stall?

On June 14, 2023, I made a parking reservation with Ecopark on JFK at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) for July 1st - July 9th, 2023.  I pre-paid for "covered" parking.…

Are there bathrooms at ECOPARK on JFK blvd?

Thank you for your question Richard. Yes there are bathrooms at ecopark. They are located inside the building at the exit plaza.

Is there wifi on buses?

Hello. Thank you for the question. We do not have Wi-Fi on the buses. Your ride on the bus to the airport is very short. Each terminal (including the parking garages) at IAH features Free Airport Wi-Fi. For more information about free Wi-Fi and…

I noticed the websites said the ecopark only provides shuttle from 6:00am to 10:00pm, is that true? Does it provide 24 hours shuttle at hobby airport? If my flight arrives at 12:00am, is there anyway to get to my car? Thanks!

Hello Rong, ecopark, and ecopark2 at Bush IAH provide 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport. They are not within walking distance to the terminal. ecopark at Hobby is right outside the terminal and within walking distance to your car. Please…

First she emailed me that there was a problem with my I Form. I corrected that issue! Second, there's a question on the application that ask you what days would you prefer off and then your not selected because of your choice of days you've choose off instead of informing you that you have to be available 24/7 and give you the opportunity to say fine or you decline the position!, she emails me that I wasn't chosen because I answered off on the weekends. Very disheartening! Inspite of the poor reviews by present and former employees I chose to give them a try. Trust and believe that unfortunately all of the media reviews about this company that's used for the (IAH) airport shuttle (EcoPark) are true. interviewed a week ago!

This is just one of few other SP+ Parking lots across from First United Methodist Church. You may see it as Church Lot at 1400 Travis Street on Downtown Parking Directory. The entrance is at 1421 Milam Street, across from another SP+ properties. Ain't it cool? Just a short walking distance to MetroRAIL's Bell Station on Main Street if you didn't want to walk up and down the boulevards. I normally walk about a mile to Hermann Square at City Hall, Tranquility Park, Sam Houston Park and the Houston LGBT Pride Parade. It's very important to know the direction of parade route and find correct exit and get on the freeway without getting stuck with street closures. As many parking lots in Downtown Houston operate, the prices drop on weekends. The machine accepts both paper and plastic - dollar bills and credit cards. **45th review of 2018**

A few of us (didn't know one another) parked on Y, because the way the lots separate... we were confused on where Z started. Sonya drove to Z (rolled her window down) then started yelling across the spots that we were suppose to be parked behind where we were... there were about 30 open spots surrounding. I told the family next to me, but they were already walking over towards the bus. Once we got to the bus Sonya started scolding us! We weren't even seated, we were all still holding our carry ons. She didn't even Ben offer to help bring them on the bus. I asked her "please stop talking to me." In which she then threatened to kick me off & that I could "wait for the next bus." I responded with "all I asked was that you stop talking to me." The family (who was traveling with a small child) was half way in the door while this interaction was taking place. She KEPT going & I kept asking her to stop speaking to me. She then said "you can get off with the attitude." I said "you are the one with the attitude. You have been yelling at us since we were outside." She then told me to stop talking back. Which caught me off guard, because I'm an adult & she was talking to 2 other adult the same way. The other family was attempting to understand exactly where Z was while she was going off on us & that's why I asked her to stop. She then told the lady in the radio "apparently Y is Z today" which was unnecessary, because it was a mistake made by multiple people. She didn't even hand out our green tickets to where we parked. So now 3 families will have to explain to the pick up driver where they parked. Luckily we'll remember since we were yelled at about it at 10:15am.

My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

My friends and I…read moreare dedicated bargain shoppers, and despite our best efforts, the Houston Galleria wasn't giving up any deals. With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.
