Really good place to take care of your tire needs, changed two tires on my BMW 535i and had some issues with fitment at first but we fixed it. The owners are great people and this is what will bring me back for my next set of tires. My only con is that I have expensive rims which are painted and wish the guys working on them would have been more careful, had a little scratch, but I'll make sure to tell them next time. I have been to this location twice and both times I had excellent service. Of course, who wants flat, bald, or exploded tires?! No one. But when I was brought to this situation twice, they were life savers. I had a lease with Pirelli tires (one new one can cost $250) and had 4 replaced for a little less than that! Being that I had a lease, I wasn't going to pay full price for tires that I was trading in a few short months. I do advise, if you have specialty tires to call ahead of time to ask if they have them since they're more exclusive, but I was happy to say I was lucky both times. Not only did they take care of it but they were quick yet diligent. They were meticulous when checking the tires they were placing on my car... even one time, not happy with the quality themselves and took it off and found a new tire that was suitable enough. Impressed with the service, the quality, and the price. I obviously wouldn't want to go there again because that would mean I had a tire incident but if I did, I would go to no other than Econotires. read more

Professional and friendly staff! We were traveling back home to NC when our shocks and struts went. Called and got Matthew who was very helpful with a fair price. So we got it towed to their shop. As soon as we came in (because they were expecting us)we were greeted with smiles and a nice staff. Joanna offered us water and really took care of us from there. She also went the extra mile in making sure that our car in general was ready to travel back to NC at no additional charge! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. This is a brother/sister operation and they are not concerned about customer service. I purchased a used tire from them as well as getting a tire plug. The plug destroyed a $120 tire and I had to replace the used tire due to the belt snapping. I got there at 7:45am with 6 guys waiting outside and hours of operation start at 8am I waited until 8:40am and no one bothered to advise me a time or when the place will open never going to this place again! The mechanic is very inexperienced which resulted in me having to bring my car multiple times back because every time the mechanic would fix something, something else would go wrong, I am very frustrated, returning for the 3rd day in a row.
