I have been coming to Econotires for a few years now with various cars. I always appreciate their quick service and reasonable prices. I have never felt cheated or taken advantaged of, unlike sooo many other locations in South Florida. I got there today around 8:20am just after they opened because I needed 4 new tires. They gave me the choices they had available and I made my selection, had my tires balanced, mounted, and alignment completed and was back on the road in about an hour. Where do I begin??... Ok so I got a flat the night before last around 9pm & I couldn't find a place in miami that's open in the evenings. Which sucks! Back in NY you could find a tire place open at 2am or later. Miami needs places like this. Anyways I googled tire places near my job & came across these great reviews for Econo tires on liveprofiles.com. So I figured I'd go first thing in the morning. Yesturday morning I head over there & when the "friendly/welcoming front desk woman" that these reviews spoke so well of, had arrived. She approches my car & was not friendly at all! I ask for price & it was more than I had ever paid for a used tire!! Ridiculous! To think I had waited outside an hour for this place to open. This place with great reviews, "great prices" & a "super friendly front desk lady" was pure bs! & confirmed it when i went back inside & told her I was going to get 4 tires & asked her to please lower 5 bucks from tires. She wouldn't! I'm sure she could! Said her brother wasn't there. Maybe her brother would have been nicer! Total waste of time!!! I drove further down 36th street & found a place that charged me $70 less of the total price she had quoted plus balacing of tires. WOW! I called for 2 used tires as One of my tires was on her deathbed. They were able to accommodate immediately, I walked in and tires were installed w in 2 min. Called to ask if they had used tires for my car and when asked how old were the used tires they can offer, the owner or manager or whoever answers the phone told me why don't I buy new tires then. WHAT? How rude is that? Do I have to take whatever tire you give me because I am looking for used tires? NOT AT ALL.. in fact they can sell you used tires that are a hazard and you MUST ask how old they are if you are going the used tire route. I am buying 4 tires somewhere else where they do not get snappy when asked a simple and reasonable question. read more

I came here as per recommendation from a friend who races cars. He has two Toyota Supra's so what better person to get a recommendation from because if you know anything about guys who race cars...they LOVE their cars like a girlfriend. LOL I mean I have a Toyota Corrolla but I didn't want to get taken for a ride by these other tire places or the dealership. I wanted somewhere trust worthy. I needed an alignment also and I was told at the dealership this would cost me an arm and a leg literally! So I came to Econo Tires and all was done at a reasonable price and I didn't have to wait long either. They were fast and the owner was super nice. Most honest people ever! I had two tires with one nail in each. At Tire plus they told me it couldn't be patched and that I had to buy a new tire $93.00 each. Wanting a second opinion I drove here next and Duby told me that both could be patched. Super fast service, they got a client for life! To my surprise, they were more than willing to help replace my completely run down 2 front tires (mind you, metal was coming out..) WARNING!!!! I am giving this place 1 star because I don't have a lower option. When they changed the tires, they broke one of the tire pressure sensors. It was fine when we got there and they had the audacity to say we had no way of proving that it was working when we got there. We went to several other places and sure enough, they all said the only way to break it, when there hasn't been damage to the tire, is when they change the tire. There were charging us the full price of the sensor and would not budge. When we presented them with all of the facts, they lowered it to half. We shouldn't have paid anything!!! Came in with a nail in my tire, I previously went to Tires Plus who told me that it couldn't be fixed with a plug and that I needed to buy a whole new tire needless to say I came here instead for a second opinion and was able to get a plug within 5 minutes without spending $100 on a new tire. The guy told me my tires were in great condition and there was no need to buy a whole new tire. Definitely will always come here for my car needs!! read more

If you don't want a huge hassle with your tires or your waste your time, and want the best prices, come here. They have a warehouse like 20 minutes away with my hard-to-get tires, didn't even have to worry about shipping costs or waiting for days for them to come in, it was all done in an hour. The dude was a savage. Over 20 years of experience with tires. The man was a magician. My tires are literally NOT ROUND, and he still got my car rolling smooth. The other reason to come here is the RoadForce tire balancing machine. It examines your tire to find imperfections and find the correct tire weight combination down to the quarter ounce.
