The work was done professionally, efficiently, and at a very fair price. Most recently, Jason came out to help me locate another leak. He took time out of his busy schedule, carefully tracked down the issue, and thoroughly explained everything to me. What really impressed me was his honesty -- he actually told me the repair could be handled more affordably by a landscaper instead of trying to sell me unnecessary plumbing work. That kind of integrity is rare. He was incredibly helpful and didn't even charge me for the visit. I also love supporting this company because it's woman-owned and run by two women who clearly care about customer service and doing quality work. Highly recommend Gotelli Plumbing and especially Jason for anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair plumbers.

Although the staff who answered the phone were polite and professional, I was disappointed to learn…read morethat Gotelli Plumbing charges $120 just to come out and provide a bid on a large commercial project for a general contractor. I understand that sending estimators out costs money and that not every bid results in a job, but charging simply to provide an estimate is not something I expect from a commercial contractor. We were able to obtain a bid from another reputable Marin County plumbing company at no charge and ultimately awarded them the project. While everyone has the right to run their business as they see fit, this pricing policy was disappointing and was enough for us to look elsewhere.

The most recent example is from today, when we called in the Amesos team because our backyard Fire Pit wasn't working. My husband and I feared the worst -- imagining needing to jackhammer up our patio to find a blockage in the line. As soon as Ronnie arrived he described how he would approach the problem and said that he had seen something like this before. That was very reassuring. He followed through and now our Fire Pit is working. PS - It was a spider and its nest blocking the very small opening in the pipe.

We had such a great experience with Dan's Plumbing and wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Highly recommend!
