We waited 20 mins in the cold parking lot. I finally went into the store and was told I didn't use the app correctly. I finally got one item I purchased. I was told the other item is out of stock and would be shipped to me. After waiting for an entire week. I called CS and I was told it was at the store for pickup. Again, went to the store, received the item, it was open and shoved back into the plastic packaging. I took the item. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE CONTAINER STORE AGAIN.

I wish there were more staff on the floor given the size. I had to go find someone and then they had to call someone else to finally help me. I had come into the store to use their custom design service for a closet that I was trying to reorganize. I enjoyed working with the attendant and they did a great job creating a 3D diagram of the options and confirming everything would be shipped. I was able to place my order and receive my product in about 3 business days. The set up process is a little confusing and the directions have to be looked up online but that is also not always clear as to where online to go. After some googling - we finally got everything set up and I have to say it's a solid build! Overall - quality products and the service was great once I found someone. I wish the products were more clear with directions and less hoops to jump through.

After listening to the changes we thought would work better for us, they made a few tweaks, effortlessly, and presented us with a new design with the updated changes. They were very easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for, and always followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. The installation by Tom, was seamless. Though I wanted a few changes made while the installation was in progress, he and Brittany worked to give me everything I asked for. My husband loves the office and always comments that Closet Factory did an excellent job. We also used Closet Factory to design & install both a master bedroom walk-in closet & master bedroom closet. We were very pleased with the suggestions Brittany, our designer, made based on what we told her was important to us & her seeing how we used the space in our old closet. Following her design suggestions, we were more than pleased at the efficiency of space utilization that eliminated what previously appeared to be clutter. The installer was neat, clean & a pleasure to work. We would highly recommend this company!

Had found closet factory through Costco, had a great experience in a previous state. After taking over 2 months to start the installation, the installer was quite unprofessional, arriving late, wreaked of cigarettes (so bad I had to run our air purifiers on high for hours after he left) and the project took 3 more days than discussed, delaying the project almost 1 month. While the coordinator was helpful, there was no reimbursement for the extra time, frustration and miscommunication which is quite disappointing. The installer also left sawdust, screws, debris in our closet and garage, with 2 boys under 3 in our home, this was completely disappointing. He would ask me what handles went on which shelves, which was all laid out in the plans. There was miscommunication about a jewelry drawer vs tray and the tray was given free of cost however given the amount of inconvenience I was hoping for more. I cannot recommend them and will not be using them again in the future.

My office was overrun with clutter and a hodgepodge of "things" and many of my daughter's toys were randomly stuffed into storage bins. The team was responsive, warm and very easy to work with.
