They were very easy to work with, listened to what we were looking for, and always followed up to ensure we were completely satisfied. The installation by Tom, was seamless. Though I wanted a few changes made while the installation was in progress, he and Brittany worked to give me everything I asked for. My husband loves the office and always comments that Closet Factory did an excellent job. We also used Closet Factory to design & install both a master bedroom walk-in closet & master bedroom closet. We were very pleased with the suggestions Brittany, our designer, made based on what we told her was important to us & her seeing how we used the space in our old closet. Following her design suggestions, we were more than pleased at the efficiency of space utilization that eliminated what previously appeared to be clutter. Had found closet factory through Costco, had a great experience in a previous state. After taking over 2 months to start the installation, the installer was quite unprofessional, arriving late, wreaked of cigarettes (so bad I had to run our air purifiers on high for hours after he left) and the project took 3 more days than discussed, delaying the project almost 1 month. While the coordinator was helpful, there was no reimbursement for the extra time, frustration and miscommunication which is quite disappointing. The installer also left sawdust, screws, debris in our closet and garage, with 2 boys under 3 in our home, this was completely disappointing. He would ask me what handles went on which shelves, which was all laid out in the plans. There was miscommunication about a jewelry drawer vs tray and the tray was given free of cost however given the amount of inconvenience I was hoping for more. I cannot recommend them and will not be using them again in the future.

After a quick walkthrough of the apartment, they got straight to work. I was incredibly impressed with their attention to detail.
