I am not a very detailed person, but as I walked through the house after they had apparently cleaned, even I could tell they had skipped necessary cleaning practices. The house was pretty clean before these cleaners got there, but I wanted it freshly washed before we moved in. They proceeded to charge me top dollar. The absolute worst of it was they had tried to remove stains from 2 carpets and there are now huge bleach stains where they attempted to treat the stains.......I am beyond upset. When I spoke with the owner she said that the day crew is not as good as the night crew and she did not seem surprised by any of this. Avoid these cleaners. In the text message the guidance given is to reach out to the company and reschedule. The very next day on March 1 I reach out to the company to reschedule. I receive a text message back two hours later stating that there is an opening on Thursday, 2 March at 12:30pm. I agree to the appointment. The day of, at 12:30pm I text at 1231 and mention that I am home, please advise when you arriving. No arrives, calls, or even sends a text. The company is a no show. I call at 1246 and no one picks up. I receive a response at 2:07pm I'm guessing from the owner since the person never identified themselves mentioning that they have COVID and have been hospitalized since Tuesday night and that there secretary was supposed to reach out to me an led cancel. I text back to summarize my experience and mention that maybe the secretary needs more training and it would have been nice to have received a phone call so I could schedule with someone else. I receive another text message that I felt was unprofessional and telling me that we are all "human" and that "this is not in my hands" and that "I have a second job, I work in a hospital, maybe I get infected there" as there are continuous apologies. Here are my concerns: 1.) When originally canceling the appointment due to weather, sickness, etc it should NEVER fall on the client to be the one to reschedule. Proper customer service entails the company reaching out to the client and making the effort to reschedule. This shows that the clients business is indeed important. 2.) The need to communicate through text message should be limited. Pick up a phone and actually talk to your client. This can help alleviate any misconstrued information and it shows your clients that they matter. I wish I could have experienced what the other reviewers experienced, however, the ball was dropped big time. I'm also in the process of moving out of my condo in two days, and this experience really didn't help.

They also confirmed several times they would not start working until they gave me an exact quote. I left for work and they didn't call once to give me the quote and they billed me $320. Joe was good enough to settle at $250 but after I called to complain. Carpet came out nice but shower was terrible. I emailed with pictures to show them How unsatisfied I was and as an update as of 1/9, Joe PERSONALLY wrote me a letter to apologize with a full refund of the shower and grout cleaning. He has really taken responsibility and gone above my expectations for a response. Even though I wasn't satisfied with experience, he made sure that the situation was rectified.
