I wanted to make sure I did business with the right people. I believe in the old cliche "measure twice cut once". I take that to mean check on the people who you do business with. HORRIBLE! First of all, I hired them to re-Diamonbrite my pool. They poured acid on the new…read moresurface and stained the entire bottom of the pool. For two months, John ignored my requests to fix their mistake. Didn't show up to appointments. Ignored my texts. When you try to call, their VM is full, so you can't leave a message. I finally went to the store, but Paul claimed he didn't know anything and was extremely disrespectful. Told me to leave the store after I asked for the names of the owners. Took my name and number and said someone would call me, but of course they never did. After spending thousands of dollars, I'm left with a huge stain the entire length of my pool. In addition... I hired them to clean the pool. They didn't show up for weeks and the pool turned green. Algae grew on the surface. When John finally did show up, he forgot to bring a vacuum. Really? He said he would go to the store to pick it up and come back, but he never returned. Again, I paid for a service which I did not receive. The list of complaints can go on and on. John seemed like a really nice guy at first, but once I paid in full and had an issue, they disappeared. Horrible customer service. Not professional. Unfortunately, it appears that the only way to resolve the issue is to sue them.

My pool turned green MULTIPLE times while using their service. I spent a fortune trying to fix it, and instead of helping, they just kept charging me more. Zero accountability. Since switching companies, it's been a complete turnaround. The new pool cleaner actually communicates with us directly, explains any issues, and takes the time to do the job right. My pool has never looked better--no more green water, no surprise charges, and way more attention to detail than Ashley Pool ever provided. I can't stress this enough: avoid Ashley Pool at all costs. PARAMOUNT POOL (Andy) did a service call for our pool. He not only conducted a comprehensive…read moreinspection of our pool's equipment, but also took the time to troubleshoot other issues with the suction valves. Andy was very professional throughout the process. In the 20 years of using different pool companies, Paramount is at the top of my list. I had a new Jandy Pool pump installed last August 2025. The water reservoir wasn't filling to the top, and our pool cleaner wasn't working--also, there were some bubbling noises inside two of the pool valves. I contacted several pool companies by phone and provided pictures to diagnose that my suction valves were old and needed to be replaced, and that my pool cleaner had a leak. I found Paramount on the Jandy website as a warranty service provider. Andy texted me right away and answered all questions promptly. He took the time to provide several troubleshooting tips via text before scheduling a service call. He alerted us prior to his arrival time and conducted a detailed inspection by removing each valve to check for leaks. He located a minor leak in one of the valves and patched it. My pool cleaner did not have a leak, as it started working after the valve was repaired. He noted that the other three valves, although old, are in good working condition and should be replaced when they start to fail. He fixed the issue with our pump and corrected the bubbling noises. My pool is in excellent working condition and running efficiently. I highly recommend Andy for any pool services, as he exceeded expectations with every service he provided. I'm happy to say that we have a pool servicing company for any future needs. GREAT JOB ANDY!
