Excellent hauling company with an owner who cares and is completely professional. Omar V. was fast to respond with a quote, showed up on the minute, and cleared a heavy two room job loaded with heavy furniture and tons of books. Dealt with another major hauler (big company) a week earlier and they could not compare in the least to Omar's business. He quoted the job, showed up himself and did the work alongside his guys. I could hear him managing his people and he was very motivational and professional with them. They bagged everything before they hauled it up 2 flights of stairs so there was no cleanup at all- a big difference because other haulers just knock things over haphazardly. Can't recommend this business enough! read more

Do not use this company. Total bait and switch! I called early in the morning and explained I had an L shape couch that I needed to have dumped. Told the lady over the phone that it was a two piece. She explained it would be 149.00. They booked me between 2:00 - 4:00. Around 12:00 she called me saying they can come sooner. I rushed back home. They didn't show up until the original time which was 2:00. Once they get here they look at me and say this is going to be 275.00. Seriously!!!! They wasted my whole day and completely tried to scam me. Luckily I was able to call another company immediately and they were able to take it for 120.00. Update to your response - when I called your company the lady never told me it was an estimate. You completely wasted my whole day. When you came I explained to you that she never told me it was an estimate and you didn't care - you decided to leave. I called the company immediately and I explained the situation to the woman that answers the phones. she was more apologetic then you were and even called you to see if you can come back and especially since I had been waiting all day. You chose not to. It was a complete bait and switch and once again it was not an estimate over the phone it was a guaranteed price, she had even given me a discount. Like I said I found someone else that was able do the job for $120.00. if anybody would like their contact information I'll be more than happy to send it over to them. It's people like you who take advantage of us people. not cool!i read more

Thank you for helping us remove a 30+ year broken , flat tired vehicle out of a very tight spot in our garage. Omar and his team went the extra mile and beyond for us! Thank you! read more

Omar and his guys are excellent and super professional. We had a really tough job that needed to be done over four phases and had other complications. We had probably emptied 8 truck/dumpster loads. To say they were helpful is an understatement. There was tons of old mechanical equipment and I also needed help to discern what could be salvaged... Everything I had was rusty, heavy and greasy... Believe all of the good reviews and even more, I felt like I was quoted and charged fairly!!! They even left me in broom swept condition, I was super grateful to have had their help and expertise. I highly recommend Eco Dumpster. read more

Omar and his assistant came over this morning to my house in Millbrae at 11am sharp , just as he said. I had a big jacuzzi in my backyard that was there for 20years. Omar knew immediately how to get it out. First he unscrewed my gate, or else it would not have fit going out. Then with a giant crowbar, he and his assistant got it out to the street with no damage to my house, fence, gate or anything. After it was done, Omar helped clean up and put the gate back up. His rate was better than everyone else, and his work was top notch. I would not hesistate to hire him again. read more

I sent very detailed photos of what I need removed and received an estimate of $129. After the team arrived, the estimate ballooned up to $199. I was under a time constraint and had no other option, so I had to pay. I find it highly unprofessional that this company would take advantage of my situation and dramatically hike the price. I will not be using this company again, and would highly recommend that others avoid this service. read more

I've dealt with all manner of dumpster, refuse, and recycling companies before in construction as an electrician. These guys were pros! Their dumpsters were in great condition and looked brand spankin' NEW. I've been sent on garbage duty in the trades and had to climb into a few in different stages of disrepair and rust, but what really impressed me was how quick and efficient these guys were. THEY even looked clean, the guys themselves. Their uniforms matched not the usual rag tag scruffy bunch of guys in different tattered dirty coveralls. I thought at 1st, oh they look too nice. They're gonna take forever, these pretty boys, lest they muss themselves. Nope, in, out, and done in a lil less than the estimate given to me by Omar. Thanks guys! You're the best. Will mos def give y'all my recommendation to any of my friends, family, and/or neighbors. read more

Eco-Dumpster was great! They arrived on time and picked up the dumpster with no hassle. Omar responded quickly via email when I inquired about an estimate and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend Eco-Dumpster to anyone who is looking to get rid of junk or trash at their home without having to haul a bunch of trash back and forth to the dump on your own. Thank you, Eco Dumpster + team! read more

They came, very QUICKLY loaded up all the construction waste, cleaned and swept up and were gone. Took me longer to choose which junk hauling place to go with than it did for them to fill nearly a full truck. For the next load I will call them again. Very happy with their service. read more

Eco-Dumpster is a small family owned business that is honest, fair with their quotes, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They replied back right away, communicated when they were on their way, were on time, quick and fast. I asked their call center/office manager if they could wear booties since I just got my carpets shampooed and they were able to honor the last minute request. Omar and Richard's great and fast service was definitely appreciated and I am very glad out of all the hauling companies I've researched I've chose the right one. Thank you Omar and Richard for all your help! read more

We cleaned out the garage after 22 years. We almost filled the dumpster. Eco-Dumpster came to Livermore and got the job done. The load was really fast. Eco-Dumpster has a great business model too, recycle the goods. Omar and his companion did a great job. Will definitely use again!! read more

I highly recommend Eco-Dumpster to help with your hauling or recycling needs! This is the second time that our family has hired Omar and his team to remove a variety of bricks, cement slabs, old wood, a motorcycle, ladder, and assorted 'junk' and both times they did an exceptional job. I love the fact that they actually recycle as much of the materials as they can rather than just add to the landfill. Omar gave us a reasonable bid and was very friendly, efficient, and kept us informed of when he would arrive. Omar and his team did a very thorough job and then cleaned up the areas where the junk had been assembled. We are very happy with their friendly and excellent service. Thank you SO much! read more

Had an old hot tub that needed to be removed. It wasn't an easy job but they got it done. They even had to remove the side door which had rusted and stripped screws and put it back perfectly after the job. The over the phone estimate is what they charged. They were polite and friendly. The area was cleaned nicely and they even took some extra junk. read more

Great guys, hard workers. Responsive and great with answering questions. Stuck to their quote; even came back the next day to pick up remaining stuff after I had already paid them in full. Would recommend them and use them again for sure. read more

I had two old couches and three dressers to get rid of. I asked for a quote in the morning, received a response very quickly, and they had picked the items up by just after 1pm. They were slightly later than they said, and called to let me know they were running a bit late. The amount of stuff was a bit more than they expected, but they still honored their quote. I'd use them again. read more

total scam!!!!!! stay away they quote one price on the phone only to come over and try to upcharge you in person and bait and switch. dont use this company as they are unprofessional, showed up late, and use bait and switch business tactics. read more

I saw this business online and decided to give it a shot. I had TONS (literally) of wood and metal and other miscellaneous junk all over my house. I ordered the 18 yard eco-dumpster online and the next day I woke up to my phone ringing and the driver letting me know he was on his way. The driver arrives, the mechanical arm on his truck unloads the bright pupil dilating green dumpster onto my driveway (without any damage) and I write him a check. Mr driver drives off and the race is on to fill this bad boy! The rental was for four days and we managed to fill it up over the weekend. We called them early to see if they could pick it up (we needed the parking) to my pleasant surprise they were more than happy to pick it up early! Yay! When they pick up the phone they answer as JunkGeneral so it may be a bit confusing. Eco-Dumpster is their dumpster service so ask for it if that't what your looking for. They will also come and do all the loading for you if your not the DIY type of person. One note for those wanting an eco-dumpster. While the price is pretty much the same as renting any normal dumpster they sort the dumpsters for recyclables. However to take advantage of their sorting they ask the customer to be conscientious in the loading by loading recyclables and donateables towards the top and not burying them. In other words loading the dumpsters in layers. I was really excited to write this review because I think this service is a step up from just trashing everything. Big kudos to these guys! read more

Poor service. Did the online reservation and never got a response. Called and left a message with no response. Called again and they said they were backed up, I just wanted an appointment. Never got back to us even after we contacted them. Went with another service. read more

We hired a dumpster from Eco and they delivered it the same day. Pick up was also easy to arrange. Their bins have rear wheels which made it easier on the driveway vs. one from Sunset Scavenger. They were also $100 cheaper. We paid $400 for the debris bin. Will definately hire them again. read more
