What took them 2 hours would have taken me half a day so it was definitely worth the value. Scheduling was easy and I received a confirmation text the night before. Hopefully I can find a better cleaning service because this company is terrible…read more They came an our late and left half hour early, but expected me to pay the full two hours and didn't want to make up for it. They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.

During…read morethe scheduled time he arrived promptly and got right to work, explaining his process, the tools and cleaners he was using, and assuring me that what he was using was safe for my child. He worked hard, putting in a good amount of elbow grease on what I can only imagine was over a decade of buildup from the previous owner, and the oven looks much better. There were certain areas he couldn't tackle without using harsher chemicals and he didn't want to affect my family's health, which I appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable for the work he put in, and I'd gladly reach out to him again for cleaning services.

There were stains in the master bedroom they couldn't get out but they let me know. And the whole house smelled wonderful afterwards! As we talked about "at least any cooties in the house are now mine." The price was fair, especially since they didn't leave until after 6p. Oh, and go to their website! It's newly redesigned and I think it helps inspire confidence in this company (if this review isn't enough for you.)
