I have a steam cleaner of my own but needed a professional to get some of the tougher spots. The living room, dining room and a hallway were done in an hour. I called Cee's on a Monday morning and the owner agreed to come to my house to clean a room Wednesday morning of the same week. The time for the appointment came and went and he didn't call me. I had to call to see what the delay was, some issue with getting his machine. I was told he would call me back in 15-20 minutes. An hour later I called to see what was going on. He told me he was not going to make it today. He made no offer to reschedule or give a reduced price. Instead he hung up on me while I was talking. When I called back he refuses to answer the phone. I really wanted to give the "little guy" a chance but deeply regret this decision. I would never, ever recommend using Cee's Cleaning for anything.

ONE STAR. BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING, A COUCH LEFT WORSE THAN BEFORE, AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more Mica Carpet, Rugs & Upholstery Cleaning is a company I would absolutely NOT recommend. I was initially quoted $129. Then the price jumped to $190, then $245, and when the technician actually showed up, he told me it would be $325! The constant price changes were ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Unfortunately, the cleaning was even worse. I specifically asked about cleaning my electric sectional and was reassured that water would not be an issue. After they cleaned it on October 5, brown water rings and residue appeared across my cushions and backrests. My couch looks WORSE than it did before I paid them. I sent pictures that same evening. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed me for choosing steam cleaning. So let me get this straight: you keep changing the price, leave my couch looking worse, and then try to make it my fault? Absolutely not. I paid for a professional cleaning, not a more expensive couch problem and excuses. I have the messages and photos documenting this experience. Save your money, protect your furniture, and think twice before booking this company. The pricing alone was a red flag. The results and lack of accountability sealed the deal. NEVER AGAIN.

Therefore, I decided to just get a deep clean of the carpet I have. After I bought the Groupon, I called to schedule my appointment. Super easy process to get scheduled. Up until the workers got to my house, I received multiple text updates on my appointment time and when the workers were en route. The two workers showed up and were awesome from beginning to end. Super respectful and knowledgeable. Very neat and clean and provided an incredible product. I was truly blown away by what they did. I would've, without a doubt, given a five-star review based off of their performance alone. The only reason for the four stars is the price. I paid $45 to the Groupon to get the basic four-room carpet cleaning. That didn't include any of the deep cleaning options. When it was all said and done, I paid about $500 for three bedrooms, a hallway, and the steps. This option includes the ability to call back every year and get the whole thing done again the exact same way for only about $100 each time. Additionally, at the end as we were checking out, the worker handed me the tablet to sign our agreement and it was on a tip page, with 20% already tacked on. They were only at my house for about 1.5 hours, so 20% of $500 seemed pretty bold. I ended up paying it, because they did do a fantastic job, but it did feel a little pushy. Take that for what it's worth. Overall, I would definitely recommend the company and I'll be calling them back.
