Got my couch cleaned today by Denys and he did AMAZING. I have a kitty who constantly sheds but she loves laying on the couch, so there was a lot of pet hair. Denys managed to get out the pet hair and deep clean my sectional couch and center console. All this at a very reasonable price. I quoted 3 other cleaners who wanted $300 or more. He was on time, polite and responsive when I was getting a quote. I was worried about harsh chemicals/smells but his product are eco friendly and no harsh smells. I definitely recommend and will continue booking for future cleans. read more

I am beyond satified with Eco carpet cleaning, they are very effecient and professional. I recently hired them to come wash my couches and ottoman, and the team arrived in time and took the time to assess the confition of my couch and explained the process thoroughly. Not only did they clean everything to be spotless but they left them smelling fresh. My couch and ottoman are two different materials and knew how to handle each of them based on what products they used. They are dedicated, and customer service was great as they were attentive to my preferences and made sure they left me happy with the results. Pricing was also great jo hidden fees or extra charges. Highly reccomend them for anyone in need for professional couch/ caroet washing services. read more

When Tom from ECO Carpet Cleaning came I asked him not to leave the carpets oversaturated. Before he left I told him the carpet felt very wet. After he left I ran my Bissell Carpet Cleaner, without water, from four rooms I extracted a gallon of dirty water. I also insisted I pay in cash and did not give me a receipt either. Over all I am unpleased with the level of service and experience with this company. read more

Bait and switch!! Beware! Was told cost was $69 for 2 rooms and $10 hallway for professional steam cleaning. When kid arrived he started explaining how the $70 was steam cleaning but NO soap! That was additional $70 $150 total or $250 for stain removal and carpet would look brand new. He used cold water from the hose not warm from the faucet. He was down "cleaning " in 15 minutes. Had an attitude the entire time . The kid that was with him was nice but wasn't allowed to say anything. Do not use this company. Bait & switch. My carpet is worse now it has steam streaks! When I called to speak to a manager regarding the bait and switch they refused to transfer me. Do yourself a favor don't use this company! read more

Horrible service. Charged $160 for a small 8 ft carpet and they could not remove basic stains on a one month old carpet. Very deceptive. Very disappointing. read more

Very impressed with the speed of booking an appointment, quality of work and price. Due to an accident, I found coffee all over my upholstery bed and rug. The technician was able to clean and address getting rid of all stains. I also had the couch cleaned and due to the feather pillows, the technician decided to take them back to the office to clean returning a few hours later in perfect condition. My large sectional looks brand new! Great service for price. read more

First off Max C. I refused the service! So come correct with FACTS. I never hid the condition of my carpet, and matter of fact, when I scheduled with your company, the scheduler was more concerned with me paying you directly than buying the Groupon. Secondly, I didn't get rude until I got offended....this was right before you were asked to leave. Your unprofessional driver should never park in a stall that doesn't belong to customers.... I would have been fine if you parked in my stall, but you didn't. Thirdly, you didn't wait for me, as I pulled up you were walking towards my door. I had already explained to the guy on the phone that I was getting ready to checkout at the store. Again, if I could give a NEGATIVE star, I would. I take pride in completing reviews for people that are looking for the truth. Truth is, your company is unprofessional and could care less about serving the customer. Keep f****n people over! It's huge and wasn't there before. I bought some cleaner from Amazon, Very unhappy now I know for a fact I could have done a better job with a rental from Safeway. Update: This is very important. The method of "stream" they used, left water on all my wood tables, everywhere. It took over 2 full days for the carpets to dry, 3 days later, still damp in spots. Long story, but it ruined my iphone, salt crystals from a lamp on a table that got soaking wet due to the excess water in the air- had my iphone on it, Charging port clogged and ruined phone! also warped my wood table. This is the most bizarre experience ever! I spent the entire day on fixing what they broke. Including a new spot where the machine they brought it stained my carpet. Nobody answers phone, I would like a refund at best! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any service in my entire life. No phone. Wow! read more

I was beyond disappointed with this service. They cleaned an area rug for us that had general wear & tear and a coffee stain - the rug looks worse than before they cleaned it, and they charged more than double what we were told on the phone. I had a very difficult time understanding the technician who mumbled and spoke very fast. I understand that the coffee stain was a tall order, but the rug should look better than before. Overall, it was very unprofessional - he didn't take time to clearly explain or answer questions, charged more than quoted, and I was very unpleased with the service. He said "we don't guarantee results", and packed up and left. I highly recommend against using this service. read more

I bought an Amazon deal... of corse..that's probably why you are looking these guys up. I moved all my furniture around on the day they were supposed to come. It was raining and I got a call an hour into my appointment time that they don't clean carpets when it rains. Ok, so we rescheduled for the next week. Moved all the furniture back and forth twice... The next week they came and told me that the Amazon deal I bought wouldn't really clean the carpets well enough- realistically they sell you the deal to come to your house, then want to charge you another couple hundred dollars because your carpets haven't been cleaned by a professional in too long. I did end up paying another hundred dollars after much negotiation and the promise of a 5 star yelp review. They were unprofessional. I would not hire them again. read more

Eco Carpet Clean did a good job. They removed all of the spots and stains from the carpet. The carpet looks and feels brand new. They arrived on time and were very efficient. I'm happy with the results. They incentivize you with extra carpet cleaner, which is a joke, to post a good yelp review which is kind of shady and unprofessional. read more

I just moved into a new apartment in the city. There were all sorts of stains from previous renters. I found Eco Carpet Clean on Groupon, called on a Monday and made an appointment for Friday. Max & Lena called 15 minutes before they arrived within the time slot I was given. They were super nice and explained the process and answered all my questions. I paid an additional amount to have the carpet deeply shampooed and deodorized and I couldn't have made a better choice. My carpet smells new and clean! Couldn't be happier with the job and their excellent customer service. read more

Very pleasant cleaner. Very affordable with a living social coupon. Good results.

I booked an appointment after purchasing their Groupon deal. I booked 2+ weeks in advance and called to confirm the next day. The technician ran late the day of, arriving at 11am due to car trouble, of which I was informed after two calls to their office. The service, however, improved after this. Both technicians were friendly, my carpet looks amazing, and to compensate for the late start time, I was extended a discount for the extra cleaning required (pets & all). read more

We got their promotion off of groupon which made us a little hesitant thinking the quality of work/ outcome wouldn't come out as if we made a direct contact with a big named carpet cleaners. Our expectations where surpassed by how efficient, professional, and dog friendly they where. We wanted to boost our package so they made add ons right on the spot without having to cancel. They're so great we even left the house to go to the bank while they worked and 30min later they where more than half way done. I have two big dogs who make my house a mess but after they got done it looked like I replaced my carpets completely. read more
