Looking back, I'm convinced the clogged vent may have been the reason my dryer failed in the first place. If you've ever searched for a dryer vent cleaning company, you know it's overwhelming. There are so many options, and it's hard to know who to trust. I found Dr. Air Duct and decided to take a chance. They were only the third company I contacted, but they answered my call promptly and scheduled an appointment right away. The owner and his team arrived exactly on time. They explained the work that needed to be done, discussed the pricing upfront, and answered all of my questions before getting started. I was a little embarrassed to admit that I'd lived in my home for six years and had never had my dryer vent cleaned! They did an outstanding job. The vent was thoroughly cleaned, and they left everything spotless when they finished. The entire experience was professional from start to finish. I've made a promise to myself that dryer vent cleaning will now be an annual part of my home maintenance routine--not only to help my appliances last longer but also to reduce the risk of a house fire. If you're looking for a reliable, professional company, I highly recommend Dr. Air Duct. You won't be disappointed!

Since I have had experience with this in the past, I knew it had to be the AC unit/air ducts. I called Chris and he came to my apartment for a free quote--and was able to do it that day for me. A few hours after he left, my headache finally disappeared. But what I was more concerned about, my rash completely disappeared after 6 nights. I have done a lot of research and know now that symptoms that may be similar to an allergy, could literally be the air you are breathing in your home. I highly recommend Chris & his methods!

Our hopes for good service from Just Clean by Lou were soon dashed!…read moreI offered and supplied Lou with a face mask that he didn't have with him. I supplied him with bottled water. I watched as Lou was working, seeing him run the vacuumed brush inside our vents for mere seconds before removing them. He was aware of excess dirt, mold and construction dust that laid inside. He then sprayed just the inside behind each vent with a can of Kilz mold repellent. So when he seemed to pause between actions. I politely asked some qualifying questions about the effectiveness of his work. I thought there might be an explanation that would satisfy my concerns. Not so politely Lou raised his voice to a loud and threatening tone, saying he had no time to answer my questions as they were slowing down his work, yet he went on and on at length about having other jobs to get to, rather than responding to my concerns. Later I tried to say something and he drowned my words by over screaming my voice until my heart began to race as he refused to do clean up, saying it wasn't his job, he was just being polite by doing it at all, and that he was cheaper than any one else we might hire. I heard him saying under his breath accusing me of being some kind of racist. He charged what he quoted and I paid him the billed amount for his unsatisfactory service. Finally, I said get out of my house.
