When I did need another size, one of the girls pointed to where I could find it. One other thing about this store that was pretty annoying was that many of the items aren't clearly marked with sizes. You had to look on the inside, bottom tag of the shirt/dress to locate sizes. This could easily be fixed by just sitting a size sticker on the tag.
