When the day and hour came, we were at the wrong location and the luau was scheduled for a different location across the island, two hours away. With Linda's poor attitude and misinformation (given to us in person and on a voice message) we called her the following day and asked for guidance on fixing the situation. She proceeded to yell at me over the phone that I had been the one in the wrong and she refused to help the situation. She said that I had messed up and she had no reason to offer her assistance. Overall, we lost out on $500 and had a poor costumer service experience. You're better off going to another travel agency or organizing a trip on your own.
