I ended…read moreup waiting about 50 minutes and went to the front desk multiple times asking for assistance, yet no one came out to help. It also appeared that employees working the floor were avoiding helping with paperwork. Several staff members would go into the back room whenever customers needed assistance instead of helping. I eventually called the store and asked to speak with a manager, but instead of connecting me, the employee asked why I needed to speak with one and never actually put me through to a manager. After waiting nearly an hour without receiving any help, I ended up leaving. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I hope management or ownership at Blackstone Shooting Sports looks into what happened that evening, because customers should not be left waiting this long without assistance. If someone from management or ownership would like to follow up about this experience, I would appreciate hearing from you.

The facility was clean, professional, and everything felt well organized. A special shoutout to Alex, who was an outstanding rep. He was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer questions without ever making me feel rushed. It really made the experience stand out. I usually go shooting at Point Blank Range, but after this visit, Alex and the overall facilities definitely won me over. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a great place to shoot or shop.

I recently completed the PPSB training course at Premier Training Academy's Charlotte location-…read morehighly effective and professionally delivered! Donnie and Ernie are consummate professionals whose extensive real-world experience lends credibility to their training. They also have enough insight to recognize that students arrive with widely varying skill levels and prior exposure. Their blocks of instruction are thoughtfully sequenced and clearly articulated, allowing trainees to absorb complex material at a manageable pace while progressively building confidence. Although some of the curriculum set forth by PPSB is a bit cumbersome, they organized the content to fit within the three-day format. The standard is the standard and no shortcuts or "gimmies" are given, but even novice shooters can achieve it by paying attention and applying the principles. Of note, the discussion of physiological responses under acute stress definitely helped on practice day. Unlike similar courses I've attended in years past where instructors project an air of bravado, Donnie and Ernie struck an ideal balance: personable, engaging, and approachable while maintaining an unwavering seriousness about safety. This fosters a relaxed but focused learning environment that greatly benefits folks with lesser experience. This PPSB-compliant armed security training prioritizes genuine safety, skill development, and student success over ego. PTA is top-shelf! God bless the both of you gents. Ed
