While I had attended a Cirque De Soleil in Vegas a couple of years ago it was hubby's first. Thankfully I agreed to go to this show. It was a much more enjoyable experience. The area is small enough that you see the performers up close. While the stage was smaller the up close factor made it awesome. I whole heartedly recommend attending this sort of Cirque De Soleil performance. The next time another such performance comes to Tyson's Galleria I will be sure to look into tickets right away. Next time Cirque De Soleil comes to Tyson's Galleria I would encourage folks look into attending. As an added bonus there are an assortment of restaurants close by making it an easy two part adventure with family or friends.

Went here recently with a movie and the service was terrible…read more 1. Everything was very disorganized, many people didn't know how to get food, or where to get it. The staff there did not seem able to help anyone. It seemed there were about 3 different systems to order food. You couldn't order real food on the concessions kiosk, and you couldn't just go to to the counter to order food like in other theaters. You had to order real food from your seats, butt when we got to our seats, we couldn't see a food menu, but had to call a server (which we did, but they never came). Only after the movie was over, did someone tell us we could order food from staff. We asked this before the movie, and were told we had to order from our seats. 2. Staff seemed disinterested and lacked training. I had a question about food, as the QR code wasn't working. I went up to an associate to ask for help. At first they tried walking away from me, but I flagged them down. I know they saw me, since we looked at each other right in the eyes. They said "Just scan the QR code." When I informed them I did and it still wasn't working, I just got a blank stare in return. Luckily another person answered. They told us the kitchen was closed, and they weren't serving food anymore, which was incorrect. So we didn't get food until after the movie 3. I wasn't the only one with issues. After the movie, I ran into several customers who were very confused about the whole process of getting food, and lots of people had problems getting food and drink. 4. The food wasn't good either. Not that I expect a gourmet meal, but I expected edible food, as that seems to be known for. On a positive note, the actual theater was pretty nice. Comfortable seats, better than AMC/Regal. The screen was very clear. Overall, it seems the staff were very poorly trained, didn't want to help customers, and seemed very overwhelmed. This was not a pleasant experience for myself, or the people I was with. I doubt I'd ever come back to this theater.

Without giving too much info away if you choose the deadwood valley theme you will have all type of things coming at you. It was a great shooting game. One thing that could be improved would be the customer service. Once we walked in we did not know what to do or where to go. We had to search around for someone to help us. Also, the staff wasn't great at explaining the instructions. Think he assumed that we knew what to do. However, it was a great experience. Definitely check it out if you are in Tyson's Corner.

This was my second time here over a year ago and I did the previous Deadwood, which is filled with zombies and other strange creatures. We went from a creepy lab, a meatpacking conveyor belt, to boots on the ground fighting in a zombie war zone! So much fun with many more surprises and features I'll let you discover for yourself. I felt it was long enough towards the end, I start hoping the goblins would stop coming. Perfect amount of time. They give you a keepsake video which is edited with everyone's gamer names, a recap of the scores, highlights, and who your team's MVP is! Great for bragging and talking ish over dinner after the game is over. It is pricey about $65 per person, but it's not something you'll do every weekend. It truly is a unique experience, because this is the only chain in the DMV. The staff is polite and do a great job of explaining the rules and how to wear the equipment. I was recently here for the second time, and it is a great, intimate venue with good service, but…read morethe seating and logistics leave something to be desired. The size of the space is good for some smaller touring performers, and the sound quality has been excellent both times that I have been here. Service was pretty quick and the servers have been friendly. Further, the food that I have tried has been good and fresh, and they have a decent drink selection. While my service was quick, I arrived pretty early so there were only a couple others there at first. They seemingly only had one server for everyone, which is wild and things were more delayed once it got busier. Additionally, the tables are so close together it would be inaccessible if all seats were filled. The row on the other side of my table only had one person, yet it was still difficult for that person to get out because the other table whose backs were facing them had most spots filled. It was hard and disruptive for people to get out of their seats to go to the restroom and such because seats were super close together. Had both sides of the tables been filled, people would have either been stuck where they were or everyone else would have had to get up to let them out. The way that the tables are placed also makes it hard for some seats to see the performer(s) without fully turning their chair (which, given the space issues, wouldnt work for everyone to do). Anyway, I do like this venue, but I hope they reconsider the setup. While this may mean a reduction in premium price seating, it would be a much better experience for attendees.
