I've seen this red stand sitting idly in the closest gas station to my house, but it was never open or anything. But just a few weeks ago, I saw a grand opening sign, and now they're open! I stopped by... because it's right near my house and it's not fast food, so how could I not?! As the name suggests, they have baleadas, but they also have pupusas, flautas, and more. I have had a baleada once before, but I had to try a new one. It's... hard for me to describe... maybe like a breakfast quesadilla? But even so, it's still different. But I got that and it was flavorful and yummy! I also got the zambos preparados because I was not familiar with them. It's a brand of plantain chips from Honduras, and they basically turn them into nachos! And they even keep them in their original bag... that was fantastic! I might've enjoyed them more than the baleadas. I went back to try their pupusas, which were also good -- not as great as others I've had. I need to try their drinks next time. It's great having a unique food stand that's so easily accessible in the gas station. I wish them the best and, I'm not sure if it's the owners I've interacted with, but they're quite gracious.
