The office is clean and quiet and everyone from the front desk to the technicians were friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough about them. I've managed multiple medical practices before and would never condone the behavior I experienced today. Harassing your patients about arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled time when you have an empty waiting room is unwarranted and not the best business model. At least now Simonmed in Parker, CO will have one less patient to worry about.

The office is on the first floor. Easy to locate. Restrooms outside the office. Check in can be done on your phone or in the office. I checked in and then went up to show my ID to prove who I was. There is another sheet to complete and then you go back to the dressing rooms. Got into the exam top. Encouraged to take purse with you as their cabinets do not lock yet. Shown into waiting room. Sat there until was led into imaging room. The imaging assistant was so friendly and personable. She was also very gentle with the machine. Didn't squeeze the life out of me. And she was very good with the hold your breath instructions. After imaging was done, I changed and exited. Not necessary to check out. Easy. And they have a patient portal for all your needs.

They wrote in my report that they found a 5 cm (lemon size) nodule in my thyroid bed. To say I was terrified of cancer reoccurring and having to have surgery again for this is an understatement. I went to see my doctor to have a biopsy of this nodule and when she did the ultrasound to be sure of where this supposed nodule was she found that it was 5 mm NOT 5 cm. To make a typo that large warrants someone being fired in my opinion. The amount of stress this typo caused was immense. My entire family and myself was immensely relieved to hear this but this is not acceptable. I will not be returning here again for ANY scans.

Therefore we went back for the same procedure. The Tech was fine but the radiologist, Brett Bartz was horrific! The report send to my Dr. was inaccurate! Also, not complete. He failed to include the size of nodes. We know that from the results of last year. He was also supposed to check on the hernia I have to see if it had enlarged. He indicated that there was no hernia. Very lazy job! I have attempted for the last 2 days to contact anyone at Sally Jobe, not one return call has been returned. I also had an issue with their Records department in January of this year. The person in Records told me she was unable to send my mammogram to another location due to the fact that they were SHORT handed and she was the only person in the office. It might take a month or so. I had found a lump in my breast and was out of town. the Imagining location in the town I was in had asked me to get a copy my last mammogram pictures to compare it to. I was able to speak to a very nice person from Sally Jobe when I returned to Denver who said she would send it to me this was 3 months ago, and I still do NOT have it. I AM DONE with Sally Jobe. Just be careful.

Standard protocol not followed: didn't shave me (increases likelihood of infection), no antibiotics after I left, no pain meds, no written instructions outside of standard ER instructions they give to everybody. Had a follow up appt today for my 1 wk checkup; met with PA who was at hospital when I was admitted / had surgery. He agreed not getting written instructions was weird but put it on the hospital... I said wouldn't the doctor who specializes in this need to be the one that would write the instructions he said "true that's fair". Just full of complete shit. He asks if he can have a doctor come in... I said please do. P.s. he agreed no pain meds was odd. Made clear he felt really bad about how things went. Doc (not doc that did surgery but he also works in the practice) comes in and defends everything... how do you defend no written instructions? No pain med? Nothing? That's when I knew they were a dishonest practice. Look at the reviews. Tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this place at all costs.
