I had a ultrasound done of my neck as a follow up 2 years after having my thyroid removed. I got results back from this 2 days later and they gave me a result with a massive typo in it. They wrote in my report that they found a 5 cm (lemon size) nodule in my thyroid bed. To say I was terrified of cancer reoccurring and having to have surgery again for this is an understatement. I went to see my doctor to have a biopsy of this nodule and when she did the ultrasound to be sure of where this supposed nodule was she found that it was 5 mm NOT 5 cm. To make a typo that large warrants someone being fired in my opinion. The amount of stress this typo caused was immense. My entire family and myself was immensely relieved to hear this but this is not acceptable. I will not be returning here again for ANY scans. read more

I had an Ultrasound of enlarged lymph nodes. Same location, Sally Jobe at Lone Tree, did an Ultrasound last year as well with an awesome report to my Dr. A big thank you to the radiologist Kevin Lampert. Therefore we went back for the same procedure. The Tech was fine but the radiologist, Brett Bartz was horrific! The report send to my Dr. was inaccurate! Also, not complete. He failed to include the size of nodes. We know that from the results of last year. He was also supposed to check on the hernia I have to see if it had enlarged. He indicated that there was no hernia. Very lazy job! I have attempted for the last 2 days to contact anyone at Sally Jobe, not one return call has been returned. I also had an issue with their Records department in January of this year. The person in Records told me she was unable to send my mammogram to another location due to the fact that they were SHORT handed and she was the only person in the office. It might take a month or so. I had found a lump in my breast and was out of town. the Imagining location in the town I was in had asked me to get a copy my last mammogram pictures to compare it to. I was able to speak to a very nice person from Sally Jobe when I returned to Denver who said she would send it to me this was 3 months ago, and I still do NOT have it. I AM DONE with Sally Jobe. Be aware that when you make an appointment over the phone with Envision Sally Jobe. Just because the facility is in your network, the physician that is doing the service, may not be in your network. You will be surprised that the doctor is Out-Of-Network. Make sure that you ask, when you book the appointment, the doctors name, that is doing the service. You will have a surprise bill. I just left Sally Jobe off of Hampden. It was a horrible experience getting my MRI on my breast. I was just diagnosed with cancer 6 days ago and wanted to get the MRI asap. My usual location on Indiana could not get me in till next week. I did not want to wait that long as I am meeting with my surgeon on Wednesday. The equipment used for my MRI was 10 years old, the noise was deafening. The ear phones did little to help. I had anxiety during the procedure as all I could think about was getting away from that horrible machine. Was told by the tech that this machine was noisier due to its age and the newer machines were much quieter although still loud. I then went to the manager of the facility and told him how awful it had been. He too agreed that the older machines are much louder than the newer ones. I cannot recommend enough for any woman needing an MRI for breast cancer to do your research first on the age of the MRI equipment. I wish I had known that Sally Jobe was using such outdated equipment for MRI's at some of their locations. No wonder it would take another full week to get into their newer facility at Indiana. I could have gone to Rose Medical or Sky Ridge Hospital if I had known they were going to use that torture chamber for my MRI. It is stressful enough to have cancer and trying to figure out what surgeon, oncologist, etc to use but when you have to endure the noise I just endured to see how far it had spread is beyond ridiculous when there is equipment out there that is much less noisy. I will not be using Sally Jobe again for any of my diagnostic procedures. I would not want to take a chance of another horrible experience like today. Again, do your research before having Sally Jobe at any location do an MRI. Since having my first MRI ever I had another one at another Sally Jobe location on Bellview, Greenwood Village. What a different experience. First of all they made me very comfortable, or as best as could be expected for laying on your stomach for 45 minutes inside an MRI machine. Then I told them about my horrible experience at the Sally Jobe on Eliat Street in Englewood. They put ear plugs in my ears then added earphones. I could hardly hear the machine. I blame the tech for not doing the same at the other location. It was a torture chamber and the worst experience ever. There is no excuse for what she put me through now that I know better. I also did some research on line and using ear plugs with ear phones is a standard practice. Sally Jobe should be embarrassed for having such terrible techs working for them and causing additional distress to patients in an already stressful situation dealing with a cancer diagnosis. I will not forget the woman ever who did my MRI or the terrible experience. The manager was just as bad for not correcting his facility to not be a torture chamber for patients. Both should be fired and replaced with professionals who understand what it is like to be in this position with cancer and needing the best care possible. I should have known better when the manager had a toothpick in his mouth while discussing my experience the entire time I talked with him. I couldn't believe it. Shame on the corporate owners of Sally Jobe for putting profits ahead of quality health care. Throw away that old, 10 year, MRI machine, and update your facilities to the 21st century. Make sure every patient is given ear plugs, quality head sets, and made as comfortable as possible during their procedures. After visiting the Sally Jobe location off of Bellview with a beautiful reception area, updated MRI machines, all necessary equipment for a smooth MRI procedure and true professionals from start to finish. I would rank their Eliat Street, Englewood, location as an extremely dated facility that should not be part of or associated with Sally Jobe, a black mark on their otherwise up to date other facilities. read more

Yes, I was having a terrible amount of back pain and Kevin was so great trying to get me in a better position and finding a soft pad to make more comfortable for me. He also did a great job finding a good vein for the contrast, often people have trouble locating a vein. I want him to be acknowledged and appreciated. Good job hiring a great staff. read more

This location the Park Meadows location is so easy. I'm handicapped and I have a really hard time with just about everything so the parking is usually good there: not too far just 2 the door & they maintain it really well I mean like ice & everything& the doors always work and it's right inside the door pretty much go past the elevators it's right there. And staff is extremely efficient they know their jobs. the intake is little cumbersome, can I say the check in you have everybody do it every single time which is ridiculous because I had a series of x-rays for my doctor I saw you guys what 4 x I believe in the past year 2020 and then in 2021 one time and you had me do paperwork - the same paperwork - every single time that I came in the door! that's stupid it's a waste of paper it's killing trees & not necessary. And the ladies, the technicians that run the X-ray room they know their stuff I've not met anyone that did not know what they're doing in there and it's very pretty very restful with the waterfall and it's the color scheme easy on the eyes and you have water station for filling my water bottle! Now bring back the coffee! LOL yeah you get a 10! read more

This review is specific to this location and to MRI Make sure if you are booking an imaging appointment in Lone Tree that you ask which Lone Tree location. I went to the wrong location (at Skyridge Medical Center) and was kindly directed back to this location. This left me 10 minutes late in arriving. I was greeted with a stack of paperwork and was told that if it were not filled out in 2 minutes that my appointment would be canceled per policy. This after I explained how I had gone to the wrong location. Not a good start here. Needless to say I flew through the paperwork and got in for my MRI. From here on all was good. This location has modern equipment and a friendly and efficient technician. The wide bore machine was easy on my spine condition and the scan was fast and comfortable. I would have given 5 stars, but the cancellation policy seems to need a little flexibility and the greeting some courtesy. read more

Very unhappy right now. I had an appt scheduled for today for which I took time out of work and had my daughter meet me. Not to mention the 40 minute drive each way. I get there and there's a sign on the door that they closed because of the Coronavirus. Would have been nice had someone contacted me to advise the appt was cancelled. Then it took 30 minutes to reach someone on the phone and have someone call me back because nobody she was trying to reach was answering their phone. Way to drop the ball folks. :( read more

I've been here once before and my mammogram was not a horrid experience. The technician one year ago was caring and very careful to make sure I wasn't in pain throughout the entire procedure. This was not the case this year. read more

I recently had an MRI here. I previously had one at rose medical and it was awful. The staff was so friendly. I have extreme anxiety in MRI and get cluster-phobic The staff made sure to talk me through everything and were so kind. I felt safe and at ease. When I had it done at rose I had to take 2 xanax just to get through it. There equipment was so much better than anywhere else I've been. The machines was white and short so you didn't feel trapped. I wish I could remember the techs name but they're were both fantastic. And they even gave me my images to take. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an MRI or any type of imaging. It's stressful enough to have to get one and they made it so much easier. read more
