My wife and I were looking for new juices and stopped by EC Vape. What a horrible experience. When you first walk in it's like walking into a cloud. Within the cloud are the "employees" blowing nonstop clouds like they're at home. I know this is a vape shop, but seriously? You are a retail business, not a hangout, understand that people don't want to walk into a cloud to shop for product. No one even got up to assist us in viewing the merchandise. When we finally got the one employee to help us, she acted like it was an inconvenience. The rest of employees continued to sit at the bar and cloud away, continuing their conversation ripe with foul language. Once again, you are a retail business, try to act like one. One of them even had to nerve to fart while my wife was standing directly behind them. The hardware is extremely overpriced. I understand that there has to be a markup, but not by that much. All of the house juices we tried were seriously under-flavored, but I will concede that that is probably because the testers are cheap ego tanks, so I can let that go. TL;DR Horrible customer service, rude employees, overpriced. If you're looking for a good vape shop, stay away from EC Vapes. Head over to Vaporescence, or Vapor Galleria. read more

I frequent another shop and have for quite some time. Today was my first visit and I was impressed. Randy was in today and was able to answer any and all questions related to the juice selections and hardware that I had. He was helpful and inviting and the shop was well maintained and had plenty to choose from. If I had a little more time today I would have hung out longer and enjoyed the conversation. Ill be back.. One bad apple, spoiled this location for me. After coming here for almost a year, I have been very happy with the help i've recieved, as a vape noob. Unfortunately an experience today with someone named Patrick, will ensure that I do not return to this location. While attempting to ask a question Patrick pointed out they only have one size in stock, I stated I understand but wanted to try and determine which one I should be getting. I proceeded to explain and for some reason Patrick felt the need to interrupt and remind me they only have one size, so I said okay fine i'll just get the one you have and not worry about my question, willing to move on and get what I came for. Then Patrick says he did not mean to cut me off, and I pointed out that it happened and we should move on, then Patrick decides he has the right to tell me I CAN'T TELL HIM TO MOVE ON? I'm like WTH man, please just get me what I asked for, but Patrick decided he wanted to act like he's a bos and continued to talk to me as though I were a child, and I was really not in the mood to argue with this "prickly-turd of a manchild" behind the counter, in a vape shop, in a shopping strip, so I told him I won't be back thanks to this visit, he replied "that's good" as I left. Not sure what the root of the problem here is, but i'd be surprised if Patrick does not cause more customers to stop comging to this location. read more
