I have been going for eyebrow waxing for at least 4 years now and it is the only place I will go now. They know how to do it right and it always take 5 mins- 10 if they are super busy that day. Super quick and super nice. I will continue to go back forever. Never, never again. This is unfortunate, too. Because I have been a patron of this establishment for many years, mainly because of one person that works in that salon. Their customer service has always needed a lot of improvement. And I will say after this. most recent experience customer service not only needs improvement, it needs implementation. As it stands right now, they have none. I went in on a Friday night for a pedicure. During my pedicure, the top of my feet and legs were burning. I've had many pedicures, and I knew that she was using callus remover. I tried to communicate with her, letting her know my feet were burning. She apologized attempted to rinse off what had been applied on my feet, but the strength was so strong, what limited amount of time it was placed on my skin did some significant damage. The pictures are two days after this incident and the blisters eventually scabbed over. I contacted the salon owner and requested a refund. I could've done much more but I felt a refund was justified as I paid over $100 for this pedicure. she did not respond initially and eventually I had to call the salon to find out why she was not responding and she shared I needed to come to the salon so she could refund me on the card that I had charged the service on. My husband went to have this done, and when he got home, he shared, that only a portion was refunded. That the owner felt she did not have to refund me for the gel polish, because it was unrelated to the damage on my skin. I'm sure you can understand my frustration in that I can't show off my gel polish, considering my toes and my feet and legs have sustained chemical burns as a result of the product they used incorrectly. I'm not going to try and with the owner anymore because she seems inept to do the right thing. Which would've been to refund me for the full service amount. I would not visit EC Nails if I were you and Greenville has plenty of other quality options. read more

Here for a graduation and decided to get a little maintenance. Found EC Nails & Spa. Walk in and saw sat down immediately, waited a few minutes and the went into action. In and out in about 90. Which is great because she took extra care of my feet. Parking is great and prices are excellent. If in NC Greenville , will return. read more

I called the salon at 5:45 to get accurate hours. I asked if I needed to make an appointment for three adults and two children to get mani/pedis. I was told I didn't need to make an appointment; however, when we arrived at the salon we were told that there were only two pedicure technicians. I can't understand why the guy who took my call didn't divulge that information. Only the children got there nails done. I'm very disappointed because we drove 15 miles to go to this place. $73 for two CHILDREN I should've taken heed to the bad reviews that I read earlier in the day.....NEVER AGAIN! read more

I really like this place. I'm not one of those people that likes to sit still too long, so getting a pedicure can be torture. I was in and out in 45 minutes! My tech did a great job, thorough foot and leg rub, and almost two weeks later the polish still looks fresh and shiny. I will be going back. They have lots of stations for pedicures and manicures, they even have a few kids chairs that are smaller and decked out with plushies for little girls to get their nails done. Parking can be tricky during high traffic times. Prices are reasonable. They use mostly OPI polish, some Essie, or you can bring your own - but the price for the service is the same. read more

me and my best friend decided to get our old set off and get a fresh set, but i changed my mind bc i felt uncomfortable being there and i wanted to go. on the other hand she decided to get a new set and while she was getting that done, we could tell they were talking about us. we don't know exactly what they were saying but we were the only ones there and they just kept mentioning latin countries, (me and her are both mexican) and overall they would not stop talking, especially one of the male employees. plus the set my best friend got was not the one she wanted. paid $75 for something she didn't want. one of the worst experiences we've had at a nail salon. read more

Visiting from out of state and so glad I found this place! I'm always nervous about spa cleanliness when trying new places. This place is large, bright and very clean. I had and amazing pedicure by Dina. She took her time and was very attentive. The chairs were also very luxurious with more massage features than I've seen before. Well myself and two other friends went for a pedicure and manicure here, the people doing our pedicure were rude and didn't even listen to us!!!! The man massage my leg I had a wound on when i repeatedly told him not to touch it!!! We paid $58 for both nails and toes , they did a horrible job!!! Paint was bubbly and peeling off as soon as we left, I myself got shellac and it was off by Saturday!!!! Will not return!!!! read more

I have been coming to this location for 3-4 years. Never had a problem until today. When I arrive told them I wanted a pedicure. They seated me right away, ran the water and there I waited for well over 45 minutes. During that time multiple folks came and left after being told it would be a 30-45 minute wait. They only had 3 or 4 people working. Two women came in for manicures. There was one tech free and darn if she didn't seat them and started working on them while I still waited. I asked for a towel to dry my feet so I could leave and complained about them taking others who arrived much later than I did when finally one tech started on me. I was going to get a $45 deluxe pedi but decided to go for the basic. This place has gone downhill so. Much. I paid my $35.00 giving no tip. No one apoligized to me for the wait or taking 2 people who came in well after I did before me. I will not be going back!,!!! read more

This is my favorite EC nails location and I think others must like it too because it is always crowded. I've never had my nails done here, only my eyebrows. There are two ladies here who are both wonderful at the brow wax and one man who is not quite as gentle but still does a good job. The price is very reasonable and even though I usually have a short wait it's worth it. read more

This place is always clean and the staff are generally always very friendly. I've never been to a salon where they are so thorough with their pedicures and where they never rush no matter how many people are there. They are also always fully staffed, you never wait more than 2 mins to be sat at a chair after picking a color from their endless selections and all this at the cost of only $20 for their basic (it's def not basic) pedicure! The staff don't do a lot of Talking between one another like at most salons and I think this not only increases productivity but adds to the professional atmosphere and doesn't make you feel like you're being talked about. Horrible. Nails lifted in a week and when I got the pedicure he cut me and acted like he didn't. Still hurts.

This is the LAST PLACE I would go to get my nails done. Went to get a full set and they were done all wrong. Not to mention the rude lady that greets you and takes payments. So disappointed with this nail salon. I use to get excellent service but when I went on Sunday, July 1, 2018 it was horrible. I wanted to get my nails painted and asked for the shellac polish. The man that did my nails looked completely bored and the polish was so thick it melted under the UV lights. He fixed 2 but was not happy when I requested he fixed those. I paid $25 for this service. It's now Wednesday, July 4, 2018 and the polish is chipped on several fingers and has peeled off 2 fingers. Not sure what happened to this place but I don't plan to return any time soon. read more

Never had such a terrible experience. Rick, the man who did my nails, could of cared less about the work he was doing! He didn't listen to the simple thing I wanted which was a gel overlay on my natural nails, instead he put acrylics on and claimed that that's how you had to do it in order to get what I wanted. I know this not to be true as I get this done at another place in town all the time. I tried out EC Nails to have a change and see what it was all about, such a regret! Rick left me three different times throughout my service wondering where he was, come to find out he was doing eyebrow waxes! I asked at the beginning of my service to have my cuticles nipped, he forgot of course so he did it at the end of my service and it immediately looked like I already needed a fill in! I was moved all around back and forth between people. I told him several times I wasn't happy with my nails and he never said anything, no apology, didn't ask to fix them, nothing! He didn't even finish out my service I assume he went and did another wax, never said thank you or anything. I'd give no stars if possible. Never going here again! read more

I had my nails done at this business today. There were only a few customers and a lot of employees with nothing to do. Most of them were playing a floor game that required them to throw objects while they sat in a circle. They were yelling and clapping whenever one of them won. It was like being at a sports event. It was so distracting that I almost got up and left at one point. The whole thing was so bizarre. I asked my technician if the owner knew her employees were having a party while she was away.
