" big mistake " I ordered an 8 to 10 foot tree but got a 15 to 20 foot older tree paid tree planners over $6000 for the removal of the dead tree and the installation of the new Sylvester Palm. The tree planner's website describes the Sylvester Palm as a hardness and low maintenance tree green Fronds feather like arching fronds that resemble a smaller version of the Canary Island palm. NOT the tree that I got no arching fronds and lots of scraggly looking Fronds. Prior to the one year anniversary of the tree planting I contacted the tree planters company and asked if someone could come by to take a look at my tree as I was concerned about the health of the tree. Tree planters said they would be happy to visit with me, but asked if I could send pictures of the tree which I did. As of this date I have yet to hear from or visit with a representative of this company. My rating of tree planters of Lakeland, Florida is less than favorable with warnings to potential customers. Be sure you're getting what you paid for.

When the mower was delivered; it was the incorrect model and had to be shipped back.When the correct mower finally arrived; it was triple shipped and it took countless calls and emails to correct the situation. My mower was fine for almost a year; then when pushing the power button; the blades would not engage. I was instructed by GreenWorks to take the mower to LKN Small Engine repair for a warranty repair which was completed; I picked the mower up in December. The mower sat for the winter and when I went to use in the spring; same issue. The warranty expired over the winter months and they did not care that a repair through their authorized service center was uneffective. They also claimed they had no record of a repair. LKN Small engine was able to provide me their documentation but Greenworks wouldn't help. LKN Small Engine also would not stand behind their repair. I would not recommend either company!
