I purchased a very expensive system from this company , First off the sales person told me this…read moresystem was very good and never had any problems with their systems, the system was paid for and sent, after installing the unit , The next morning after night vision was supposed to shut off well it didn't , they were stuck on black and white during they day , and would not go back to color , called the company waited almost 2 days and no response back , So we called the makers of course in China , come to find out they sent us outdated cameras that could not be updated through the DVR they sent us because it's was also outdated and not compatible with the cameras , The makers told us to contact the sellers, After several emails Ellipse security contacted us back and sent out a different DVR , the company claimed they didn't know the cameras and DVR were not up to date , they should have checked before sending out , received the new DVR to come to find out , had to spend hours on phone with China to get the the firmware installed to cameras , trying to get ahold this company for support is a ticket program , they have 1 tech , and waiting time is lengthy, not like most company's you can call and get support right away , now we have cameras going out , tried getting ahold of them and also put a ticket in over a month ago , no response, so their 3 yr warranty and life support is worthless , along with expensive system and things going out on it, This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal.
