Setting up their services was a breeze; They were easy to get in contact with, we walked the event site to plan out the day and what my expectations were, and then all of the documents were sent over the next day. On the day of the event all of the officers showed up and were fantastic to work with. Very professional, accommodating as different situations arose, and even stayed longer when requested. All in all I was very pleased with their services and will definitely be calling MRH Security the next time I have an event or need security services. Thank You MRH Team for helping us have a safe and successful event!!

However, this…read moretime I was referred to Sam Hartieens colleague at the firm, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Communication was poor throughout the case. I often felt rushed to sign paperwork without having all of my questions answered, and some of the information provided to me was inaccurate. It was also very difficult to get updates regarding my case. Phone calls were rarely returned in a timely manner, and requests I made were often not followed through on. In addition, I found the reception staff to be unprofessional and, at times, rude. Getting someone on the phone who could assist me was frustrating and time-consuming. Based on my recent experience, the level of customer service and communication fell far below my expectations. While I appreciated my past experiences with Chris Campion, I was very disappointed with how this case was handled and I would not return to the firm in the future.
