It's not cheap, but not too expensive: but hey, you get what you pay for. They take care of you. To be honest, every time I go to Jonny's I walk in looking homeless, and I come out lookin like a stud muffin beast. This place tbh should get wayyyyyyy more clout. Good sh*t Jonny, good shi*. Also they sell ICE. Never bought one bc I'm broke all the time but hey, while Jon is cutting that beautiful hair, feel free to look at the chains out of the corner of your eye. Also, for all your liberal kids, this guy is very sanitary too. Employees all wear masks but the customer chooses. F*ck Cuomo. Also, it's not your everyday casual barbershop lol. This place maddd bougee. Plus apparently a few celebs get their hair cut there. That probably means something . Keep doing what y'all r doing. Nice job Jon. If I could change one thing, I'd probably change the spelling to Johnny bc it bothers me, but hey.. it's your name not mine. All the best - Johnson (Pictures below show a very dramatic difference between homeless and 20 minutes after Jonny's). All y'all barbershop competitors watch the f*ck out. Jonny shooting, and y'all got no vest. Make room. We got a big one.

My usual…read moreplace I take them in Westbury was closed and I searched for the nearest and best rated barber nearby. Only a few miles away, I headed over to barber shop in East Meadow. There was a line but Johnny, who I believe is the owner was quick and friendly to his other patrons. I have a cranky 2 year old and a rambunctious 5 year old but he was able to give them quick, effective short cuts. Without even going into detail, he just asked them if I wanted it short and he went straight to work. $25/each for a kids cut for less than 30 minutes is not bad. Previous barbers are afraid to go very short which makes me need to go in every 2 weeks. He went exactly the amount I was looking for and we won't be back for another 3 weeks. FYI you don't come here for the ambiance. You come for a straight shooter, great service and skills. The price is not bad either. I'll be coming back with my boys.

First and foremost, I would like to address that I've been to numerous barbershops in the past and…read moreI can personally say that I am please with my haircut every time I walk out of that door. At other previous barbershops, I had some bad experiences when I would go to the same place but have a different barber touch my hair and the outcomes were never the same. The lack of inconsistency and also the sense of being rushed have always bothered me. But not here... At Rich & Famous, you can always expect a more consistent haircut when inter-changing between any barber. The overall skill level of the staff is excellent in my opinion, but I generally go to either Rich or Pete because I've been in their chairs the longest and trust them. Nonetheless, each and everyone of the are kind. Any of the barbers will make sure that you are satisfied throughout the entire time you're seated in that chair. They will look at your facial expression and ask you if there is something that you're not content with or would like to change. Also, never have I ever felt like I was being rushed so the next person can get a haircut. Even when I arrived shortly before closing, they were generous enough to take me in. This is a family-friendly environment for guys, girls, men, and women of all ages. Weekends are usually packed with clients so I would try to avoid that if you're not patient. But honestly, the wait isn't bad because the waiting chairs are comfortable, they have something on the TV to look at, and there seems to always be a few entertaining conversations going on. The price may be considered high for some people, but you're paying for fine, quality haircuts that will affect the way you look for the next 1-3 weeks. I've been going here for over a year now and I don't know if I would go anywhere else if they were to ever close. They know I like the mid skin fade with the comb-over and the top trimmed.

I'm a white dork with complicated hair and the gentleman who cut my hair knew my hair better than any other barber I've seen in my life in mere seconds. Language barrier was pretty massive. I am glad they got my brain thinking back to high school Spanish. I will work on improving my skills before going in next time. The ambiance was very interesting. I would say it's a very hip/ modern establishment with its own Pop-Cultural flair. With an interior that at times looks like Tony Montana's parlor room and at times is a modern day assault of lights and TV's.
