No words can do justice to the amount of help and attention that I was given by both Dr Ahmadi and his staff (especial call out for Ms Fatima). Hassle free USCIS Medical test process, price doesn't breaks the bank and again- a place where people hear, empathize and help in whatever capacity they can. Highly recommend. read more

Waited an hour in the lobby. Then Waited hours in a smelly room , when the doctor came in it was clear the smell was him. There is no cleaning in the rooms .The front desk lady is the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. He didn't touch me nor my sons when addressing issues he had me take pictures of the computer on my phone because he didn't want to print anything or give me any documentation of the visit. read more

I took my dad to see Dr. Ahmadi for some abdominal pain and he is very happy with Dr. Ahmadi's diagnosis and advice. He will be my dad's first go to Dr for any future issues. Thank you Dr. read more

I want to THANK Dr. Ahmadi and his office once more for their compassionate care and support. When my father was discharged yesterday, I called his office during the evening and Dr. Ahmadi himself helped me with some prescriptions that my father urgently needed. I am a Kaiser Permanente patient but honestly I'll look into switching my insurance to his office/care. Thank you for being a great Doctor! read more

Do not go here. Read all the negative reviews before going. They wasted more than an hour on a small thing. The vitals were taken after me waiting for 20 minutes in the examination room. read more

Hands down the best doctor for your whole family. Have been coming to this primary care doctor for the last 15 years + and never had an issue. Dr. Ahmadi is very knowledgeable and always gives amazing advice on what to eat and to stay away from certain food for my health reasons. The facility office is very clean as always, and staff members are friendly and respectful and very professional. I recommend this place 10000000% based on my true experience. read more

Genuinely helpful and experienced! And the care quality is really great too! We visited for my mom and the doctor very carefully examined her and helped us make the best decisions possible. read more

Waited an 90 min to be seen by the doctor. I understand a wait but that is extremely excessive. Medical assistant is looking up things as you say them, and will take a phone call in front of you. Overall unprofessional. read more

like most other reviewers I came here for my green card medical exam. It was very easy to call and set up an appointment, and both Dr Ahmadi and Fatima were very nice. Wait time was less and it was easy to get the vaccines and bloodwork (at another lab). Couple of points - 1) they only take cash, even for the vaccines, so come prepared 2) it took us a week to get back the final sealed report after submitting the blood test, so allocate enough time :) read more

Dr. Ahmadi and Fatima took great care of my mother who needed a Medical Form completed for Citizenship. We followed all of the instructions and went to all of the appointments. Dr. Ahmadi, also made corrections, and gave us another updated form. Thank you Dr. Ahmadi and Fatima for all your help. read more

One of the Best Medical Physicians in the Bay Area!!!! Dr. Ahmadi and his team of staff attend to all your medical concerns promptly with full knowledge, compassion, and professionalism. At the height of COVID-19, when it first just started and no known vaccines were available yet at the time, I acquired it and was hospitalized for 7 long days and 90 days of home quarantine and treatment. Due to my other underlying medical conditions, I was in bad shape and everyone, even the doctors at the hospital thought, I was not gonna make it. Grateful and Praise God for the Miracles. I also give credit to Dr. Ahmadi, Ms. Fatima, Ms. Rosa, and the rest of the medical and office staff for all the hard work, dedication, and commitment to providing good quality care, and helping me recover through Telehealth and Virtual Medical Appointments which are most of the time 2-3 times throughout the day, checking in with me and making sure I am in the right track to recovery. They communicated well with my other doctors, which were quite a few, and the pharmacy, with the right kind of treatment plan and medications I needed. In short, Dr. Ahmadi and his staff kept me ALIVE and I will be forever grateful for that. If you need, or looking for a primary care doctor for you and your family, try the medical office of Dr. Ebrahim Ahmadi so you and your family can experience the "quality care" I'm talking about and who knows, you might also end up writing a review like mine and telling the entire neighborhood how good and great your PCP and his team are. Blessings everyone! read more

I had really bad experience. They were so low efficient. I wasted a lot of time, waiting. They won't let you know your test results unless you go there in person so that they can charge you again. Ridiculous. The doctor was not that nice to talk with, not terrible either. The nurse was nice and friendly. Don't recommend and will not go again. read more

Came to this provider for the USCIS medical exam. I was told the $375 included vaccine and blood work. After getting the vaccines I was told it would be $400+ for vaccines. Total of the visit was $700+ Insanely price!!! Anyway, I agreed to pay this amount since I was already there. I could have gotten the vaccines cheaper through Walgreens or cvs and just take the records. But since it was "included" I didn't do that. The staff was nice but super unorganized, they took forever just to complete one task. I had to call multiple times to get a copy of my records. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here. Wouldn't recommend. They only take cash or debit card. No credit card read more

Very good customer service, the process is super fast and efficient, and the best price! highly recommended !!!

STOP! DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH OR WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCOMPETENT QUACK AND HIS PATHETIC SIDE KICK HE CALLS A RECEPTIONIST!! I gave him 1 star so that I could post this review and our heartbreaking, frustrating, unprofessional, experience. We recieved notice by mail in early 2021 that my adult son's primary care physician retired. Through an exhausting search and contacting my sons provider - Alameda Alliance, who are equally incompetent and ineffective - we were referred to this quacks office. My son is 38, chronically physically & mentally ill after a horrible accident, trauma, and subsequent years of homelessness. It is and was a huge task to get my son to trust a new doctor and even be willing to attend the appointment but bless his heart he agreed. I explained the situation to the so called receptionist when I made the appointment and attended promptly on time with my son. I was so proud of him. When we arrived the receptionist was rude, confused, and seemed to be overwhelmed with phone calls about "green card" appointments. She was sharpe at this task and it seemed to be her only skill, quoting prices and reminding potential clients to bring CASH, CASH ONLY. She even went as far to accuse us of not being honest when we stated we were referred by the health provider due to the retirement of my son's previous doctor. That was wierd and looking back was one of several red flags. Ultimately my son was called back to a alleged exam room. Within about 15-18 minutes my son was escorted out by this quack who slammed the door behind him. I was in shock and instantly saw the despair and puzzled look on my sons face. My son said, "lets go mom, now". Once we were in the car and my son calmed down I asked him what happened. He said the doctor was rude, argumentative and insulted my son about his weight and appearance. He then told my son to leave his office because he "knew" the reason my son was there was to "doctor shop" for prescriptions for controlled substances!! This was something that if the doctor suspected he could have confirmed by checking my sons medical records and previous prescription history! Had he done that like he should have he would have VERY CLEARLY DISCOVERED THAT WAS NOT THE CASE AS THEIR WAS NO HISTORY OF REPEAT OR EXCESSIVE PRESCRIPTIONS AND/OR DOCTOR VISITS! A SIMPLE CALL FOR PETE'S SAKE TO HIS PREVIOUS DOCTORS OFFICE WOULD HAVE CONFIRMED THE RETIREMENT!! THIS EXPERIENCE BROKE MY HEART FOR MY SON AND MORE IMPORTANTLY REVERSED MUCH WORK AND EFFORT IT TOOK TO GET MY SON TO TRUST. YOU INCOMPETENT IMMAGRATION PUSHING PATHETIC FOOL YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR MEDICAL LIC. REVOKED AND YOU AND YOUR IGNORANT RUDE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD GO STRAIGHT TO WHERE YOU BELONG AND CAME FROM...HELL! TO MAKE MATTERS EVEN WORSE THIS IGNORANT GREEN CARD PUSHER AND HIS COHORT NOTED MY SONS MEDICAL RECORDS WITH HIS FALSE NARRATIVE THAT MY SON WAS DOCTOR SHOPPING FOR PRESCRIPTIONS! GUESS ASSHOLE? NOW I WILL "NOTE" EVERY SOURCE AND AGENCY RELATED TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL CRUELTY AS MUCH AS I POSSIBLY CAN AND I WILL SHARE OUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMMUNITY AS WELL! DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK AND IF YOU DO THE RESEARCH THE ONLY PRAISES HE HAS IS IMMAGRATION PROCESS WITH EVERY THIRD REVIEW HE IS A FAILURE! TAKE THAT YOU PIECE OF DONKEY DUNG!! read more

My medical examination in his clinic went well. I'm glad I got my ME with them. I first called to inquire of the process and packages, they got good deals for immigration medical examination. I called this doctor and they had clearly stated to me that they did not accept anthem blue cross. they only accept alameda alliance. I had changed my alameda alliance insurance to anthem blue cross because of my Obgyn who only accepted anthem blue cross. i had to change my primary doctor for anthem blue cross and dr Ahmadi was not in network for anthem at that time. now dr Ahmadi became in network with anthem and I called to schedule an appointment but they will not accept my father or me. Dr. Ahmadi and his staff are very attentive and caring. I visited Dr Ahmadi's office to get my medical exam done for USCIS and it was a very smooth and quick process. I commend them for their patience especially when dealing with patients that are in a hurry to get their exams done. Before coming to Dr Ahmadi's office, I had a horribly rude experience talking to another Doctor in the Fremont area who didn't even show enough understanding and behaved in a patronizing manner as if they were doing me a favor. Good riddance! In contrast everyone in Dr Ahmadi's office was very friendly, efficient and understanding. It shows that these guys are pros at doing the USCIS exams. read more

I am not sure why there are negative reviews here. My experience with Dr Ahmadi and his staff has been nothing short of wonderful. I was there for my immigration medical checkup and can only speak to that. I have been through this immigration checkup before with some other doctor and the experience was, for the lack of better world, unpleasant. So I was skeptical to go to any doctor for my immigration needs this time. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience here. I was able to secure an appointment fairly quickly, they charged fairly reasonable amount for the exam and I was able to get my report back within a week. Special shout-out to Fatima who was very helpful in explaining all the vaccination and blood work needs. I would recommend Dr Ahmadi for your immigration needs. read more

Went here for my medical examination for green card . I liked the experience , it was very streamlined.

We had our uscis paper work done through Ahmadi back in 2020. For some reason, uscis did not accept it. Their customer service, specifically the receptionist is really bad. They dont do vitals, instead, ask you for all details. They lose paperwork, they don't follow up and speak rudely as if they are doing us a favor. I was sitting in the reception area waiting, and heard receptionist badmouthing patients after she hangs up the call. Please avoid this place if you can. read more

Came here for my Green Card medical. The receptionist, nurses and Dr Ahmadi were very accommoding and kind (especially about my anxiety to needles). They provided a great atmosphere and the nurse who administered my vaccines was a ninja who made the experience less frightening. Would definitely recommend coming here if you need your green card medical. FYI - they only take cash read more

Do not go here!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! This office has the worse staff. They are so rude and disrespectful. They make an appointment and let minute they find irrelevant reasons to cancel. They doctor has the worse patient care. Doesn't even treat patient well. He just wrote labs for patients and doesn't even follow up when the results are critical. The minute you complain or want them to fix an issue they make up excuses to cancel your appointment and not see you. This office takes advantage of a lot of patients who are foreign and don't know Whats going on l. I will be reporting this doctor and the office to the board because at this point they are running a scam and not at all patient care. As long as they get to charge the insurance they don't care what happens to the patient. Absolutely the worse doctor and even worse staff. The lady who makes the appointments her name is Fatima. I think she hates her job and is extremely rude and disrespectful. She doesn't explain anything and just gives you bunch of BS. She lied saying they don't take the insurance we had when in reality they refused to see patients and not provide patient care because they received a previous bad review!!! Just HORRIBLE!! read more

Dr. Ahmadi has been so very accommodating. Clearly he is passionate about what he does or he wouldn't bend over backwards for so many. I've been there for myself and my kids several times and entire staff has been incredible to me. Fatima is perfect and I am sad to see any negative reviews, actually about anyone but the world isn't perfect. I appreciate the staff so much. I believe Fatima is focused and professionally handles everything very well. Her job is tough! I have seen patients upset with her over insurance matters and she takes the heat over situations she has no control over. If there is anything she can do for me, she does. I love quick and to the point doctor visits, get me out as fast as possible! But if I need extra time I can get it. I choose for my children to see Dr. Ahmadi over a pediatrician because honestly, he's too busy to worry about every little thing and pediatricians seem to be like salesmen pushing vaccines and next check ups and behaviors that are none of their business. Dr. Ahmadi is respectful of my views as a parent and supports me. That is not easy to find in the pediatric world for me! Now I tell parents who want more control over the health of their children, try a family doctor! read more

First; when calling into the doctor's office, it is customary to get a receptionist who is helpful. Yet, when I called for a follow-up appointment, the receptionist answered the phone with a "huh, and what". COMPLETELY RUDE!!! Second; when I finally got around to the appointment, she hung up on me. Isn't it customary to repeat the date and time of the appointment? This receptionist is beyond rude, disrespectful and need to learn manners. I don't care if you are related to the doctor or anyone in the practice, I as a patient DESERVE respect. She needs to learn phone etiquette! The receptionist is the reason I am NEVER coming back to this office. read more

Dr. Ahmadi has been my primary care physician since I was 15 years old (so that's....awhile) ;) He is absolutely wonderful. They have had the same staff there since I was in high school and they are all great. For me, Dr. Ahmadi's manner is perfect. He is caring but also delivers information to you in a very direct and clear way. There has always been something about the way he deals with me that I find very reassuring because he is decisive and thorough. I like that he is confident but if he has even the slightest doubt about what he is telling you, he is humble enough to double check it. I have a lot of trust in his judgment. Dr. Ahmadi has a lot of patients who love him. Most of the time, if you are calling in, you will speak to the receptionist on the phone and she is very well informed and is the right hand of the doctor and you are truly getting the correct info from her. They are very good about calling back promptly too. I really don't know what I'll do when Dr. Ahmadi retires!! :) read more

Went to see Dr. Ahmadi for green card medical exam. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Able to get results back within a week.

I just went here to get medical forms signed for immigration. They were the most reasonable since we already had the vaccination records and medical done abroad. For Civil Surgeon, its cheaper here. He just copied the information from one sheet to the other for $35.00. Cheap. Efficient and not a rip off. read more

Update on the services here: I couldn't be more lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Ahmadi and his wonderful staff! I was experiencing major acid reflux and needed something urgently to help rid me of the pain (all while I didn't know what was happening to me). I called to see if I could come in and the lovely Fatima told me the doctor was in until 1 that Friday and if I could make it before then she will help me out. As soon as I got there, I was called in and immediately helped. I don't know how you could go wrong choosing these people as your healthcare professionals. Tay are truly wonderful!! read more

The receptionist Fatima is never on top of anything when I take my mom here. When i first tried getting a referral for her she told me she would ask the doctor and call me back.Never got a call.Had to call them back a week later and she finally gave me different neurologists right away because I complained. Why did she have to ask the doctor the first time i called if she was able to give me a list of neurologists to call right away the second time? So fastforward two weeks after i had made an appointment already. We get to the neurologist and they tell me they havent gotten a referral from Ahmadi. So i call again irritated because it has been two weeks since I made the appointment.Fatima said she would send the referral right after I told her about which neurologist would take her in sooner. She tells me she'll send it over in a few minutes and hangs up. I just feel like they're super unprofessional and rude. The first time I called she seemed like she was hurrying me up and hungup super fast. This isn't the first incident she's had an attitude when she speaks to us. read more

I am a first time visitor. My wife and I wanted to get the medical exam for my immigration. I was able to schedule a Friday appointment at 7 pm on Thursday. The doctor picked the phone and booked the appointment himself. He explained me the cost and told me to get the fee in cash, the filled-in form, and previous vaccination reports. Talking to the doctor on phone was reassuring. I was late for the appointment, but I didn't need to wait at all. The procedure was prompt and the staff was courteous. My wife is afraid of needles, but Dr. Ahmadi saw to it that she doesn't feel any pain during her vaccination. We were supposed to take additional tests at The Laboratory, and told to come back for the report on Monday. Overall we had a great experience! read more
