First everything in the office is new and clean. I walked in, signed in, and was called for my visit within just a few minutes. The front staff was very nice and friendly and was more than happy to answer my questions. I went into an exam room and saw Dr. Le for the checkup. After finishing, I was able to ask Dr. Le medical questions I had about my parents. He took his time and answered everything I asked pretty thoroughly. We also chatted about other things and he explained that he and Dr. Do both left Kaiser and opened this office together. Then I went back out to the front desk and scheduled my next appointment for my next checkup. I tried to schedule an appointment for my parents, but this practice is brand new and both doctors aren't under my parent's health plan yet. They wrote down my parent's information and said they would call me as soon as they are able to see my parents.
