I was able to get an appointment at 6:30 PM on a Monday. The dentist was extremely down to earth and very personable. I think his name is Jim. He talked me through next steps and made me feel extremely comfortable, especially after I told him that I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist. He explained to me my options as far as anesthesia, using laughing gas, etc. Overall I had a great first experience. Took off a star because for my next step, I had to book out all the way to January 2027; however, they did say that a hygienist is coming back from maternity leave soon and her books will open up. They put me on a list to be called and noted my appt preferences. Hopefully I can be seen for my next appointment soon!

Dr. Jimmy is absolutely the most knowledgeable, patient, and thorough dentist. He is very personable and the way he provides care clearly demonstrates how much of his entire heart and soul is invested into his craft. I go to a different hygienist for my cleanings and all have been extremely efficient and very professional. The front desk staff is just as kind and very friendly. This is an office with such a welcoming vibe that also focuses on excellence in care. They also have an oral surgeon and other specialist available within their offices. I have had procedures by Dr. Vendetti who is equally amazing, friendly, and just all around wonderful. As a matter of fact, any and all interactions with any dentists at this practice have been nothing but fantastic. Highly recommend!!! You will feel welcomed and will get the best possible dental care.

He makes sure you are satisfied with your teeth and if for some reason you're not, he will work with you until you are. When Dr. Weber is away, I have seen Dr. Scribner, also in his office, and I like her very much also. All the ladies in the front are warm and friendly. Not to mention, Box Hill Family Dentistry generally charges less than a lot of other dentists, which is great if you don't have dental insurance!

Also, the customer service and scheduling are amazing! They send appointment reminders and are VERY easy to contact! I see Dr. Castro--he's such a cool guy. We had an hour-long discussion about guitars and his love for music. He does great work and is extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Castro is also great with minimizing pain and offers affordable services! Rosie is amazing at processing insurance claims. On a few occasions, I was reimbursed several hundred dollars from my insurance--thanks to her! Lastly, the office is very clean and staff take great precaution in protecting your safety--especially during COVID. They have new equipment that filters the air during procedures.
