I found their customer service and after sales service really poor. I had a 3 month warranty on my scooter. Within that time I had to take it back to the shop at least 6 times for repair (each time being left without transport for 3 days) for 3 separate faults - 3 times it was for the same fault that hadn't been fixed (and still isn't!). As I had had to take it back so many times, and the battery was really poor the owner agreed to give me another battery for free. When I picked the scooter up (the day before my warranty ended) I asked the owner if a new battery had been put in. He confirmed that they had.
4 months later I called to request the details of the battery they supposedly put in, as mine was really bad and the owner tells me there's no record of them putting battery in it. I told him that he had assured me they had. He replied "I don't remember that it was 4 months ago". I said that he could put one in now then and he refused, saying "it's not an everlasting deal, that was 4 months ago". Even though I reminded him that he's not done it in the first place he still refused.
