You are not allowed to park at the front so they do let you park around the side. I have never seen it busy so I don't see you will ever have to risk parking on the street. When I visited at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon they were closed (even though they state they are open until 5pm) so it seems a bit of a hit and miss with them. Best bet is to call them up as it could be a wasted journey otherwise.

Went in for some new brake pads and had to go back 3 times…read more The first time they hadnt put the wheel on correctly and everytime the wheel turned round it made a thudding sound. The second time I went back was due to a clunking under braking. I was told that maybe I had loose calipers, something that I now know to be impossible. Turns out they fitted the wrong brake pads and were flapping around. They also lost my locking wheel nut key and failed to mention that my brake discs were very low, infact dangerously low. A real shame.

Said they would call me the following morning to give me a full breakdown of the costs and work etc. Never called me again. Took it to another garage for a second opinion, said the car is fine, just needs a bit of work doing to the water pump and will cost about £140 to fix over all. Used 2CVs after seeing them on the good garage scheme, definitely won't be using either companies again. Complete cowboys.

Ian and his colleagues at Mi Motors couldn't have been more helpful or efficient in identifying the engine fault in my Land Rover Defender and had me back on the road the following day. I'd already called Arley Road Garage, and R&D Motors to be told the earliest either could look at my car would be 14 and 10 days respectively. I called Ian at Mi Motors and he said bring it in the next day. I did, and later that afternoon received a call from him to say my car was repaired and ready to collect! The price was very reasonable, and Ian kept the faulty hose to show me what had happened. All round, a fantastic level of service! :-)
