After 6 months of promises to fix, I called Gen3. They sent 2 plumbers to my home and immediately got to work. The carefully cut through tile, removed and saved what they could, and ultimately got the tub installed. After talking to 3 other local contractors who didn't want the job, They drove an hour to my house and fixed the issue in hours. They were: 1.) Professional 2.) Knew exactly what to do 3.) Cleaned up a VERY messy project before leaving 4.) Very focused on getting it done...no wasted time at all. They came when my parents were there and left without a comment and so I assumed it was fixed. After a week it came back on again and I had to follow up with Wilkes where they said they had to come back out since they couldn't get to it directly and had to go through the basement ceiling. They came back out again, charged me more money for the 2nd trip, and said it was fixed. Side note, they had to call a third party Jacuzzi service for advice on how to fix it. A few months later the same problem started again and I called them to see if they would come out and fix it but to my surprise said that because it has been over 60 days, that I'd have to either make another claim with the home warranty service or hire them direct at $60 per trip + $110 per hour. They do not do a quality job to start or on the 2nd time around nor do they warranty their work more than 60 days so I would definitely not recommend this company.

We called Action Sewer and Well Pump figuring we had to replace the entire pump. Action quickly figured out that the pump was fine, but we had a leak in the pipe leading to the house. Because it was underground, we never saw the water. When all was said and done, Action replaced the underground pipe, which was a bit challenging because it was an older style pipe and quite long. We were so pleased with the repair and the cost. Action could have told us our whole system needed replacement and we would never have known the difference. Thank you for your honesty and integrity. I hired Giertsen Company to repair my home following water damage. The project began in March 2024…read moreand wasn't completed until October 2024, primarily due to staff shortages. I paid $67,000 for the work--more than the original $65,000 estimate--and received proof of payment from the company. After listing my home for sale, multiple potential buyers contacted Giertsen to inquire about the warranty. To my shock, I was told by my real estate agent that Giertsen informed buyers I had only paid $30,000 and did not hire them for the full repair. This was blatantly false, and as a result, I lost buyers and suffered delays in selling my home. When I emailed Giertsen to clarify, my message was forwarded to the contractor, Patrik, who responded unprofessionally and was upset that I contacted the company--despite the fact that I paid more than the quote and expected transparency. This level of miscommunication, misinformation, and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company dealing with people during stressful times like home damage recovery. I expected integrity and accountability, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and costly.

I gave this company several chances to fix their mistake but they refused. They remodeled my home after a fire destroyed it. Several of the men were rude. Kyle being the most. They had poor communication. They charged me over 22thousand dollars extra for only a few upgrades. They have incomplete work done and yet they want payment in full. For doing one change which we paid too much for...and they tried to argue about it...i had to insist..yes I had to insist on an upgrade that we paid out of pocket for. Everything with this company was a pain. Doesn't help when you're grieving over losing your life in a house fire from robbery and arson.
