I emailed afterwards to ask for the file and mentioned the booth not working but no offer of money back. I would not recommend.

I'm not sure…read moreif Tom is the owner but he was the person with whom I dealt with when completing the contract. One of the things he wanted to charge us for was parking. I explained the venue did have limited parking and the attendant should be okay. The prom started at 7. When she arrived at 6:45 she called me and stated she had parked. After discussing where she could park she entered the venue and began setting up. About 10 minutes later Tom came in and asked for me (but first asked for someone by another name) and then immediately began berating me about why I didn't save the attendant a spot. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. He threatened to leave the event before it started. I told him that if he chose to leave over $45 (the price he wanted to charge if there was no parking) then that would be on him. But he would be out of $867! It was a terrible experience and I will never use them again. The printed pictures also had the wrong school on them initially. It was a quick fix but it added to the frustration. Some of the props were also not prom appropriate.

We had almost 200…read moreattendees who had the opportunity to have their photo taken along with their friends and co-workers. Isabel, the local rep, contacted ne prior to the event to make sure she had the correct address and time. She came promptly as agreed and was able to setup her equipment within minutes. She was very accomodating of all request and provided excellent service. Purchase and reservation was so convenient and the pricing is quite competitive. We will definitely reach out to them for our future events.

The day of the event, we tried to get a hold of him to confirm the arrival time. Every time I tried to call, he ignored the call and would text the following: Thank you for calling. I am not available at the moment or on the other line. Please text me or email me If you have any questions. Please email me at photoboothdealsusa@gmail.com. Thank you, Photo Booth Manager Taz 888.523.0785 The event was supposed to start at 5pm and we finally got a call at 5:10 from the photo booth technician "Jesus" who said he is leaving from another event, there is a lot of traffic and he will be there in 30 minutes. Well, 45 minutes later he calls and states that he is at the venue but the valet is telling him that there are no events at the venue. After some investigation I find out that he is at a venue in a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY that's another 45 minutes away from my venue. Jesus says he is driving to my venue and will be ready to go as soon as possible. Some time during this fiasco "Taz" text's us to tell us that he spoke to his technician and he is at the venue. Well Taz, you are absolutely wrong. You sent your guy to the wrong damn city!!! He text's back "I think my Attednant got it mixed up. I apologize". No Taz, you messed up and gave the attendant the wrong address!! Finally, the technician (Jesus) arrives at my venue and gets set-up at 7:00 (remember, my event started at 5pm). The attendant kept stating that he would stay later to make up the time that he missed. I told Jesus that it was a decent gesture but I reserved the venue for a set amount of hours and I can't extend without it costing me a lot of money. Also, staying longer DOES NOT make up for the fact that you he was grossly late! He text'd me on Monday stating "Hey sorry about the mix up this weekend by my attendant. He got the address mixed up. Still was a successful event". What planet is he living on? 2 hours late is not a successful event. I called and texted him several times and he has yet to respond. Hopefully you read my review and don't let this loser screw you.
