Then a friend recommended Greg to us. I called him and told him we needed help so he rearranged his schedule the next morning to come out. He and his coworker were friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. We even had a faucet that needed to be installed, which they also took care of while one was away buying repair materials for the broken pipe. Finding reliable tradesmen to work on your home can be worrisome and challenging, but look no further than GTD Plumbing for your plumbing needs! I'm so grateful to have done so.

If I could rate get it done construction zero stars or for that matter negative zero stars I would…read more I don't even know where to start. The unprofessionalism is unmatched. I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage. I will never in life use him if he were the last person standing and I would never recommend him to anybody. I strongly urge you to find you a reputable company that embodies skill and professionalism. I will be taking him to court if I continue to have problems with the job that he was paid to do. He falsely offers a year warranty which he has no intentions of fulfilling. He wants money and lots of it but doesn't want to do the work of the money. Which is sad. NEVER AGAIN... TRASH SERVICE and TRASH QUALITY

Yes, he is knowledgeable, and into it. Came out on a holiday weekend like he said he would. (and as…read morehe advertises). Professional enough, and courteous enough, but has communication issues. That said, I still paid the 175 dollars (for coming out), even though he could not fix the problem and referred me to someone else, and I fixed the problem myself. If he had just LISTENED to me, and COMMUNICATED, he would have caught the problem right away. (as I did, when I took a second look.) He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be, and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown. If a friend or neighbor asked what I thought of this plumber, ... I would merely say to make sure he IS LISTENING TO YOU, and then make sure he actually UNDERSTOOD what you were actually saying.

When asked about these items the owner ghosted me and never responded to a couple attempts. A home sale inspection found an issue with the installation requiring attention. That band aid cost me 800.00. Fast forward 1 year and I called Gowland's dreading the cost. They sent out Art within a few days. I told him what the other company did so he took apart my outdoor unit, went upstairs in the attic and assessed the problem. He even called the manufacturer to check if my upstairs unit was still under warranty. Unfortunately, it was out of warranty for 8 months. (If I had called Gowland's the 1st time I would have saved a small fortune) Basically I needed a new upstairs unit and Art told me that the unit I had was a nice one but it was a little overkill for the size of my house so he recommended a smaller version. The salesman called me up(I believe he's also the owner) and gave me a price that was much lower than I expected. See this is the type of service that keeps companies in business. Pigs get fed and hogs get slaughtered. Gowland's was fair, not greedy. The next week, Art had the new unit installed and I had A/C for the 1st time in 8 months. Just in time for the summer. I cannot recommend them enough for their professionalism, expertise and fairness.
