They charged me full price and up charged me a premium price. It took 30 minutes to get my hookah. The hookah was dirty, i could taste mint and licorice. My tobacco was Spice chi and Banana custard. I hate both mint and licorice. I told the waitress and she brought me a new hose and it still tasted of other tobacco! The waitress never came back to give fresh coals or ask if we needed anything. There were only two other guest in the place. I have been smoking and making hookah for years. This is a lace could be amazing if they had better customer service, better choice of tobacco and a better ambiance. BYOB is a great concept, but just know you can only bring liquor, no mixers are allowed, very odd. I went there twice and both times same issue. My tab was $35 for 1 hookah, no coal changes, with my own tobacco. To the owner; your place could be packed daily if you found the right servers and added some better tobacco choices to the menu. Fumari and Tangiers are way better tobacco than Starbuzz. True hookah lover will thank you and you will see regular customers. Also try having your employees do regular coal round every 10-15 minutes. Might want to try serving hot Tea as well. I lived in vegas 10 years and from California.
