This was a terrible experience! First the driver arrived 30 minutes early, but did not have anything set for my mother-in-law to get into the van. He was just sitting inside texting on his phone after he called us to come outside. I had to knock on his window to get the wheelchair to transport her. Then when leaving, I pullled aside to wait for him, but the driver just flew past me, speeding. I was not able to catch up until the stop light. At a different light the driver pulled into the right lane, barely missing another car, to catch a light and sped through. I did not see the transport again until I reached the destination, where my mother-in-law was unconsolable and my wife was upset and still shaking because she didn't feel safe. When I confronted with the driver about his aggressive driving and that he was transporting an elderly woman in a wheelchair, he said "I needed to go the speed of traffic otherwise I could have gotten a ticket" which was a frustrating response since I was in the same traffic and going the speed limit. I would never use this company again, the drivers are reckless and dangerous! read more

I just received medical transportation services from this provider. I found them to be reasonably priced. The transport vehicle was in excellent condition. And I must give a shout out to the driver and assistant, Justin and Angel, from the Manassas office. They were professional, considerate, and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and safe in their vehicle. Well done. read more

Do NOT trust EasyMed Transportation with your loved ones. We had an absolutely horrifying experience with this company that left our entire family shaken--and my disabled mother traumatized. The driver who showed up was shockingly young and clearly unqualified to be transporting vulnerable people. From the moment the ride began, it was a nightmare. My mother, who uses a wheelchair and has dementia, was subjected to speeding, tailgating, abrupt stops, and distracted driving--including the driver texting multiple times during the ride. I was in the van with my mother and had to ask him more than once to stop texting. His excuse? That it was his boss. I told him that wasn't acceptable--and he blatantly ignored me. At one point, my mother's wheelchair came completely unsecured, causing her to slide and crash into the van's interior. She screamed in fear and pain, and I had to demand he pull over to fix it. Even after that, the reckless driving continued: speeding up to 70 MPH in 45 zones, tailgating, honking at drivers, attempting to pass people illegally, and once again--texting. I recorded part of the ride where the driver admitted he was texting and insisted he had to "go with the speed of traffic" or get a ticket. It was beyond infuriating and dangerously irresponsible. By the time we reached our destination, my mother was hysterical, and I was visibly shaking. When my husband confronted the driver, he refused to take responsibility, demanded payment, and threatened to call the police. We were already on the phone with 911. While speaking with dispatch, the driver suddenly *could* reach his boss--but by then it was too late. Shortly after this ordeal, my mother suffered a ministroke. We strongly believe it was brought on by the intense stress of this traumatic transport. The company has made no effort to follow up with us, apologize, or even show concern. In fact, they've continued to promote this same reckless driver on their social media. That says everything you need to know about how seriously they take "Safety First." Please, do not risk your loved one's health or safety with this company. EasyMed Transportation is unprofessional, irresponsible, and a danger to the very people they claim to care for. read more

I have never posted a negative review. I received such unsatisfactory service from Easy Med Transportation on Saturday, August 3, 2024 that I felt compelled to share my disservice. I called to request a medical transport for a man in a wheelchair from a residence to a rehab facility. Due to the size of the man, it was determined that a 2-person team was required for a cost of $180. The transport didn't arrive at the 2:00 pm agreed upon time. I called 3 times over the next 90 minutes to inquire about the transport and I was told the driver went to the rehab facility by mistake. The residence was only 13 miles from the rehab facility which doesn't explain why he was 90 minutes late. When he arrived, he did not have a second man with him. Not only had my credit card already been charged the $180, but the man quickly acknowledged that there was no way he could do it without another person. It took another 30 minutes for someone to arrive. Obviously, if you are requesting a medical transport from a residence to a rehab facility, your emotions are already in a heightened state and you expect that the professionals you hire are not going to add to your pain and suffering. I had no issues with the employees who showed up. My issue is with the company for accepting a job that they obviously did not have time to accommodate and then making excuses for being two hours late and showing up without the 2-person team I paid for. When I called back, my call went to voicemail. On Monday, I called to request a refund for the subpar service. I was offered $30 and I said that is not satisfactory. They finally offered $50. I hope no one else has to endure the stress my husband and I had to from Easy Med Transportation. read more
