This was a terrible experience!…read more First the driver arrived 30 minutes early, but did not have anything set for my mother-in-law to get into the van. He was just sitting inside texting on his phone after he called us to come outside. I had to knock on his window to get the wheelchair to transport her. Then when leaving, I pullled aside to wait for him, but the driver just flew past me, speeding. I was not able to catch up until the stop light. At a different light the driver pulled into the right lane, barely missing another car, to catch a light and sped through. I did not see the transport again until I reached the destination, where my mother-in-law was unconsolable and my wife was upset and still shaking because she didn't feel safe. When I confronted with the driver about his aggressive driving and that he was transporting an elderly woman in a wheelchair, he said "I needed to go the speed of traffic otherwise I could have gotten a ticket" which was a frustrating response since I was in the same traffic and going the speed limit. I would never use this company again, the drivers are reckless and dangerous!

Completely unacceptable when you are with a senior citizen who is in a wheelchair and unable to use one without an aide. They have lost me as a customer. They were also $100 more than another service that picked us up within 10 mins of our request for pickup.
