Daniel, the transport driver, had my mother at her appointment in plenty of time and waited for me to meet them at the doctor's office. When the appointment was over, he promptly returned to pick her up and took her back to the rehab center along with the doctor's follow up paperwork. Daniel was so kind and professional. He made the entire process seamless. My contact with the main office was also seamless. DLK Transport, LLC was so easy to work with and their transport prices are very reasonable. This was a terrible experience!…read more First the driver arrived 30 minutes early, but did not have anything set for my mother-in-law to get into the van. He was just sitting inside texting on his phone after he called us to come outside. I had to knock on his window to get the wheelchair to transport her. Then when leaving, I pullled aside to wait for him, but the driver just flew past me, speeding. I was not able to catch up until the stop light. At a different light the driver pulled into the right lane, barely missing another car, to catch a light and sped through. I did not see the transport again until I reached the destination, where my mother-in-law was unconsolable and my wife was upset and still shaking because she didn't feel safe. When I confronted with the driver about his aggressive driving and that he was transporting an elderly woman in a wheelchair, he said "I needed to go the speed of traffic otherwise I could have gotten a ticket" which was a frustrating response since I was in the same traffic and going the speed limit. I would never use this company again, the drivers are reckless and dangerous!
