Instead of attempting to fix basic communication breakdowns, in response to my Yelp review, management sent me a defensive, aggressive email full of inaccurate assumptions and outright false claims. We recently updated our closet system and chose Easy Closets -- easily one of the best decisions we've made during our whole home remodel. Their website made it simple for me to design exactly what we needed, and when I was finished, Erna, one of their designers, reached out to review everything with me. She was warm, extremely thorough, and never pushy. I wasn't quite ready to order during our call, and she completely respected that, giving me clear instructions on how to place the order whenever I felt ready. We ordered the next day, and she immediately followed up with details about delivery, what to expect, and how to handle any damaged or missing pieces. Delivery was fast and smooth--exactly as she explained. After checking every box, we found a very small number of damaged parts, and customer service responded within 24 hours. Revia quickly arranged for replacements, and we received them just a few days later in perfect condition. During installation, our installer realized two pieces needed to be resized due to our own measurement error. I emailed to ask about the cost of replacements, and Revia once again responded right away--then sent the corrected pieces at no charge. From start to finish, this was the most pleasant and stress-free experience we've had throughout our remodel. The products are high quality, and the customer service is truly exceptional. Once we moved into our home, we looked for closet organization companies - local and online. Easy Closets was hands down the most friendly and helpful. The designer, Zack, made a number of helpful hints to the design we started online, and was great with communication too, both by email and on the phone. This company is the best closet organization company that I have ever used. I have done all of my home Closets, as well as my daughters home and many friends. I recommend them over and over again. I just installed a master closet in my daughter home and it turned out perfectly. I designed the closet with the easy closet design tools and I installed it all myself with the directions provided. I am a 54 year old woman that is about 5 ft tall. If I can do it, anyone can!! You won't be disappointed with this company! They do not ship to Canada anymore so I went through a third party shipper "Shippsy" and it was as smooth as anything. We had to pay tax and shipping fee for using the third party shipper but EasyClosets did not charge for shipping to Shippsy so the total all together was still cheaper than getting a closet system of this magnitude and quality in Canada. We had three other quotes and all were at least $500 more than it cost us with easycloset and that is with the US exchange rate. You won't be disappointed! read more

EasyClosets.com is the best! I had fun designing my closet on their website, and when I phoned them for help they were great. My closets arrived by mail and they looked beautiful after my contractor installed them. 10 years later we decided to add a cupboard with shelves in the space I had designed for the TV, and EasyClosets still had my file with measurements saved, so they knew exactly what to send me. Outstanding! The first word, of many, that comes to mind when I think about this experience. The design software. It's first rate, easy to use, easy to understand, fun to design with and really gives you the best idea of what's possible! Color, width, height, how much room to leave in front of a unit, wall color... really? Wall Color! Handles, doors, raised panels... It's All There and it's so well done. Then comes the ordering process. If you have as much fun as I did, then the sales agent's work is done. But wait... no... you're not done. Because even though you think you've thought of everything the co-designer goes over everything and catches the stuff you missed like "Bridges". They discuss options that you may have excluded because of price, but in the end, you'll be really really glad you went ahead and added the little extras (which really aren't that expensive). The soft close drawers and doors are worth every penny and are you really going to be happy with a custom closet that doesn't have the custom features? Just Do It! How long is your closet going to last as compared to the one family trip you opted not to take and used that money to get what you wanted. True Story. But what about shipping it to you? Mine came on 3 - 8 ft pallets weighing over 1900 pounds that the carrier couldn't deliver due to the terrain to my home. Easy Closets communicated with me daily, they worked to find a solution and we worked together to get my closets delivered. The shipper destroyed the pallets, ripped the boxes and in general... beat the crap out of my shipment. I was afraid to open the boxes. But the Shipping Department must know how these transit companies work, because my closet was packaged right! They deserve a huge acknowledgment for their efforts and recognition for saving the sales of the company. They are as aligned with the WHY Easy Closets exists as much as the software designers, the sales and customer service teams. EVERY PART WAS THERE, except one... but I'm so happy with the entire company and their product, I Didn't Care. All the boxes were labeled and counted and they didn't miss a thing. It was so perfect that I can't believe they missed the one part and still expect to see it in my staging area. The folks of that department are so good that I'm just assuming if there is a problem, it must be my fault. So I was missing "Handles". I looked and looked and they just weren't there. I called customer service, and without hesitation, the agent was empowered to make the decision, trusted to do the right thing for the customer and had my missing handles shipped out that day and I got emails confirming that it happened. Again, the level of professionalism, the over-the-top customer service and the commitment of all the teams to work together focused on a unified goal at this level, seems to be just about unheard of in companies these days. It's a big closet. It's a big design. It's gorgeous, but it's A Lot! I'm not a "builder / tool" guy. I'm a professional musician and my wife, while an intelligent lady, doesn't really like or know how to do any of the tasks required to build something. And that's where the fear started and ended. The entire process is laid out, step by step. The online videos make it look simple... because it is! And it's not just assembled by dumb luck or slap together furniture. It is the Best Designed, Sturdy (this product has some weight to it), Crazy Fun to Put Together product you could hope for. The whole idea of setting the panels up where they go in the room, doing all the hardware assembly first and then making the connections; It not only makes sense the way they've done it, but it makes it easy and quick. Once our verticals and fixed shelves were together it went together so fast and it was so amazing to look at, we didn't want to stop. Every part you add, the clothes rods, the adjustable shelves, the drawers, the doors, the clothes hampers... every part brings it that much more together. Note: Plumb, Level and L Brackets are good things. We didn't have any issues at all, but it's not steps you want to skip. Again, it just makes sense. In closing, and I know I've gone a bit over the top with my review, I'd like to say: "I'm not exaggerating"! Not every couple can work together, there's an old adage about painting a small closet, but my wife and I truly had a great time putting our closet together. Maybe it was because we've never had a closet this nice and who describes their closet as "pretty"? Maybe we're just that couple that does projects well together when there's a common goal. While those are both true, it is absolutely also because Easy Closets has a superior product, an unbelievable design and the people... polite, intelligent, caring folks (like we all wish we worked with) supporting the entire process beginning to end. read more
